The room was superb - had a sea view room with big windows so we could lie in bed and watch the sea outside. The room was clean and well laid out.
The lift was out of order and my husband is disabled which was unfortunate. We were emailed once we booked to notify us of the lift in which I called and asked we are on a lower floor so my husband didn't have to struggle too much. The breakfast was ok but not worth the extra in my opinion.

Everything. This is a lovely victoriana hotel right on the seafront. My daughter and I loved our room, so clean, fresh and an amazing view of the beach. Staff were amazing, great breakfast every morning. We also loved the fact that our room was cleaned every day, with clean bedding every day. We definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay again if we visit weston again.
The lift being out of order, but we're told about this beforehand. Didn't affect our stay though.

Building is fantastic and was a return to the hotel from my childhood. Twin room was nice, breakfast was good, staff friendly, nice to know was dog friendly. Bar was fine and gave me ice for drinks in room. Beds and linen were clean and comfy.
Very dated. Stairs, halls and rooms need redecoration. Reception and bar areas have broken and dated furniture. Lift out of order (which the hotel informed me of at the time of booking and prior to arrival,which I anticipated would be fixed, but still not working at to arrival). My group was ok but lots of other guests massively struggling with stairs. Obvious that most clientele was of the older variety as stair lift at entrance (ironic as no working lift!). Double room very small and obvious damp damage on walls. Was hoping for a bath in both rooms, but in neither. No fridges in rooms to chill drinks.

We were in what felt like a sauna , we were suffocating and my dog was also !! We had one window that couldn’t open because only day staff had key , we had a tiny can for us to stay and asked for more to try , all fans booked out , fan was inadequate for the state of heat .!! We were suffocating , went to reception they said unable to put ac in building because it’s listed

Lift out of order, we unable to climb stairs, our Room was on the Fourth floor some 84 step's,the hotel found us a room on the second floor, we just about managed the 44 steps but very painful. We only stayed one night and went home Wednesday after breakfast. The hotel staff were very good they helped us a lot.

No lifts, we weren’t told before hand, we were on 4th floor with a dog and luggage for a 10 day holiday to Cornwall there after, so 4 floors was a challenge, food expensive and poor, no atmosphere and mostly elderly clientele, was a very expensive £200 night, hotel needs a lot of updating

Good location, excellent majority of staff and room attendants. Loved our previous visit last year and liked our recent one. Look forward to coming again next year. Not happy with the £5 increase per night (15) for our very small dog stay though it was reduced by reception staff on proving I had payed £10 per night in advance when I booked.
Overall very happy (and not our first stay here) apart from a couple of things. Unable to receive my penny change after purchasing an item of jewellery from your display. It was only a penny but there's a principle here. Also very noisy extractor fans right outside our window though I accept this would be unavoidable. I will pay the extra next time for the larger, sea view room where we stayed the last time we came. Not to mention the broken lift but fortunately our room was only one flight up so it didn't really affect us.

I liked the room, it was a lot more modern than I thought it would of been which was a pleasant surprise. The bed was a small double so a bit small but none the less really comfortable, bathroom was lovely and modern. Lift is very small, partner is scared of small spaces so tended to take the stairs to the top floor but it's not a reason to complain just something to be aware of if you suffer with similar fears. Great location for everything local. Would definitely stay again 😊

Big, warm room. Great sea view. Lovely breakfast ( but had to queue up for food). Very close to the town. A bonus as it was torrential rain during our visit. Friendly staff.
Damp around the room walls. Fan in bathroom didn’t work, so after a shower. It was foggy in there to say the least. The door frame was damp and swollen, so the door was very tight. A pensioner would have struggled to open it.
