Great hotel

The food was good, we only had snacks around the pool but they were good, the location was great just down the road to the beach, the pool was lovely plenty of beds and umbrella.

Würde ich weiter empfehlen

Die Lage ist super, 5 min zu Fuß zum landmarket, 3 min zum Boot nach railay beach. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine Art Maisonettzimmer gehabt

Der obere Geschoss von Zimmer hat der Holzboden Geschknatscht, die Klimaanlage war sehr laut

Heerlijk verblijf op goede locatie!

Erg fijn om even wat luxer te slapen na een aantal hostels te hebben gehad. Het personeel was vriendelijk, de kamers groot en comfortabel en de bedden waren heerlijk. Het zwembad was groot en ondanks dat er een verbouwing plaatsvond, hebben we hier totaal geen last van gehad.

Très joli hôtel et bien placé. La piscine est très appréciable après une journée de marche.

L’hôtel est en travaux et nous n’avions malheureusement pas été informés au moment de la réservation. Nuisances importantes entre 9h et 17h.

Room was nicely decorated and with a second level. Pool was clean and nice. Breakfast was ok, after some days a bit boring but a good selection of food.

Fitness room was poor, cleanliness of our bathroom poor. The rooms are a bit outdated and some repair work is due. That counts for the complete facility.

Location is just near the beach , you have all travel desk near the hotel so can book easily the tours. Breakfast was good. Not many options for vegetarian but it was good

The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the beach and facilities. Staff was nice.

Cleanliness of the room and common pool was definately not good. Rooms needed renovation and finer cleaning. We had the pool accessible room but everything in the room inc. bed sheets felt a bit moist. Also we couldnt use the pool a lot because the pool felt unclean. Overall, I would not consider going there again.

Hotel in good location with poor cleanliness and mainteance issues.

The hotel design was good and location very good. Nice big rooms with a quirky bathroom layout.

Very grubby rooms and all common areas were unclean and scruffy. Pool had missing tiles and was dangerous. Sadly the lack of upkeep and general maintenance let the place down. Breakfast was good but coffee machines very poor.

Good pool. We missed the breakfast, so there is no feedback about it.

The bedrooms smelled musty due to the tropical air. The hotel is open to the exterior, with no walls; you have only doors to the rooms. Our ac wasn't working, but they managed to fix it while we went for a walk.

Fab hotel, excellent value and perfect location and staff. you won’t be disappointed.

Great hotel, fab staff, excellent location. Pool was warm and we were given fresh pool towels and beach towels as needed and the staff don’t let people reserve sun loungers for longer than 30 minutes which is refreshing to see. Excellent choice at breakfast too and such value for money. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff. would recommend and would definitely stay again.

One tiny downside was that you didn’t get all day sun on the sun loungers because of the height of building but we could cope with that.

Nice family vibe but not chic - the room we stayed in was unacceptable for a four star hotel.

The staff, pool area, breakfast, and location were all above average. The pool was nice and clean and the there was ample poolside seating with lots of shade. The breakfast offered a variety for both Eastern and Western guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. As we stayed over Christmas/New year`s we appreciated the little stocking and NYE gifts - it was a nice touch. We are empty nesters and really enjoyed watching all the families make use of the facilties. If not for the staff and most (not all) of the amenities, the rating would be much lower.

First the Red Ginger should consider dropping the word `Chic` from their name. Putting the word `chic` or `boutique` does not make it so. This is a great hotel for families and should be promoted as such. There was absolutley nothing `chic` about our room. It was dark, dank, and musty. The lighting was terrible and there was no to little modern conveniences - for example it was impossible to plug in phones/laptops etc., anywhere near the bed. Not very chic. Even with the lights on and the drapes open, we had a hard time gathering up our belongings when we left. Why? Because even the room was massive there was little closet space (we only had carry on luggage) but still could only store about 25% of our clothes. The shower was unadjustable and terrible. The ownership of this hotel needs to invest in major upgrades to the rooms if they want to encourage patrons willing to pay the price for the stay. The only positive was the large porch area at the back - very nice but not nearly enough to compensate for all the negatives. The gym is an absolute joke - no water, no cleaning supplies to wipe down the equipment, and broken down or old equipment. I am not a fusspot traveler. I have stayed in much worse rooms, however, I was taken aback at how different our room was from what was being advertised.

it’s a great hotel well situated near the beach and front with shops,bars and market.

it was a nice size and very beautiful .The staff were brilliant and the restaurant very good.I really liked the breakfast and the freshly cooked eggs.
