4 star hotel in great location but let down by the small pool and the area around it

The rooms were exceptionally large and the location was excellent and the breakfast good

I had read the reviews and knew the pool was small. For such a large hotel it really was and difficult to access basically through the downstairs restaurant. Also no pleasant bar to enjoy evening drinks in. The hotel was 4 star but the pool area 2.5 stars

A comfortable four-night stay close to the beach and within a very short stroll of a huge selection of bars and restaura

Great location, directly opposite the beach and very close proximity to all the bars and restaurants. Very spacious rooms and the bed was huge! Really good breakfast selection.

It was disappointing that the pool closed at 6pm. And there was usually quite a long wait for the lifts.

Location and size of room. Also the cleaning staff did an excellent job.

The dinner buffet was average at best. There were 6 cracked tiles in the bathroom which was disappointing.

Nice stay, beach so handy.

Breakfast buffet was great, location amazing, right up from the beach

Dinner buffet was not nice. Not a lot of options to choose from, food didn't taste good.

An enjoyable stay with large rooms and beds. The hotel is near great beaches.

Beds were huge and very comfortable. We had a good view of the city from our balcony which was really nice. Room was very spacious. The hotel is on the beach which is perfect and located at the end of the strip so conveninent for shops and restaurants.

TV was very old so only a few channels available in English and no way of connecting to apps or phones to watch anything like Netflix etc. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods but wasn't the highest quality. The coffee is very sweet so we gave this a miss because we couldn't stomach it. The room does come with a kettle but no tea or coffee is provided. Also no bin in the room despite a mini kitchenette! The pool is not heated and barely gets sunlight, so in spring (we went early april) it was barely usable. We did go for a dip to exercise but it's not somewhere you can really have a relaxed experience as you have to do lengths to keep warm.

One of the best hotels, good location

One of the best hotels we ever stayed. We got an upgrade from Side Sea view Suite to Family room. Family room is veeery spacious and comfortable with kids. The hotel is stylish, they do pay attention to details (decorations). Staff is friendly and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned our room when it was suitable for us. I received a small compliment for my birthday which was very nice. In front of the hotel there is a huge, very beautiful sandy beach. The road to the beach is suitable for strollers (not only stairs). Dinners are very tasty, the person at the Grill section is very friendly. We will come back ❤️

1) Price for the dinner is a bit high, in my opinion, especially for kids. Next time we will probably not take Half-Board and will pay for few dinners separately. 2) Big cups for coffee can be probably placed close to coffee machines for breakfast;)

A great place!

The best were location and the view for the ocean. The apartament was spacious and comfortable, at the same time it was cosy, thanks to lights and big couch. A very restfull bed with pillows in every size and soft linen. The balcony was great - big, with comfortable fernitures. Breakfasts were amazing - quite various and tasty. The staff was very professional and helpful (with booking atractions, guiding to places and so on). It was after the tourist season and the hotel was quite empty and silent, perfect.

There was no corkscrew in the room. The only option to open a wine was to go to the kitchen with the bottle, quite inconvenient. I don't know why the staff didn't want to bring a corkscrew to the room. Also we had a problem with transport to the train station. We asked a receptionist to order a taxi to the train station, but they ordered a transport to the bus station. We almost missed our train to the airport. It was a very early morning, so the mistake is a little understandable, but still it was a crucial thing.

Exceptional

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and super nice. When we checked in the noticed it was my daughter's 12th birthday and the sent her up a piece of cake and a candle before we had.been in the room more than 10 minutes. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and even the room service was reasonably priced.

not perfect but worth it

The bedroom and the bed are big and there is a spacious balcony. The location is also good, only a few steps from the beach. The breakfast is very complete and full of options.

My room was smelling cigarette and it was not clean, as soon as I entered I saw grease marks all over. The shower keeps changing the temperature up and down while you shower, which is not very convenient. I could have asked to change rooms but we were so tired from a whole day driving that we didn’t. Anyway I think it needs more attention.

Beautiful studio apartments with exceptional breakfast!

Excellent size room with a great view. Parking is free out of season. The room had biggest bed ever!! We didn't use the pool as it wasn't very warm outside. The breakfast was exceptional; Fresh fruit and yoghurt, pancakes and waffles, several different breads, cereals, cereal toppers, pastries, cooked breakfast, 4 types of eggs, beans, mushrooms, sliced meats and cheeses, salad, a variety of juice and fresh squeezed juice, coffee and gluten free options it was endless and fantastic! We would definitely stay again!! I also recommend visiting Safari restaurant!

Some bigger pillows for the bed, and extra coffee pods as we where staying two nights would have been great!
