Spacious apartment with great sea view balcony in an excellent location

Lovely large balcony with sea view, comfy chairs and attracts the sun all day. Plenty of free parking right outside the property. Excellent quiet location only 20 minute walk to beach or town and a short drive to several supermarkets. Plenty of cooking facilities provided . Great that we could also bring our dog and we also found Uber taxis readily available if you don’t want to drive. We went to Ferragudo and Portimao for only €8 - €10 with pet. The most amazing beaches and beautiful walks along the boardwalk into Alvor. Our favourite Indian was Shawat and the best steaks in Alpendre. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay

No change of sheets or towels provided for a 4 week stay. Cleanliness in some areas could be improved Decor and appliances are very dated

Superb

The owner was flexible to respond positively to one request that we did. The view is incredible, and very good location with easy parking space.

One of the small bed in the second bedroom was not so comfortable for an adult but would be OK for children.

Overall very nice apartment, more than enough for our stay. Wonderful balcony with sea view to enjoy your meals. Excellent Wi-Fi for the kids. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine and bottle of water.

No supply of toiletries, change of towels, or check by owners to see if everything was ok, or anything needed. However apartment was excellent.

Fabulous

The property was very clean and the host was responsive. It is about 15 minutes walking distance to the town but taxis are quick and cheap too.

Additional towels for the bathroom and kitchen would have been good, and extra toilet paper too

Disappointing

sea view was amazing, size of the apartment

Lack of hair dryer, lack of proper kettle, ant infestation, coffee machine hadn't been cleaned, only given one key,sofa had cigarette burn.
