No restaurant as advertised,very old property in need of 21st century upgrade only had a single heat detector should have had a networked smoke detector system for effective safety in the event of a fire cabinets in kitchen area were rotting due to water penetration

Generally my stay was good. the room is more equipped than I needed.

The bed was very good the room is bigger

humidity on the wall and ceiling of the toilet. my bedside lamps that I couldn't turn on, I don't know if they work properly.

Very unpleasant do not recommend to anyone wish I could get a refund..& what the hell is the $100 bond for the room

The smell,bed had wires coming out of it & the hand basin as a kitchen sink.. Noisy & no where to sit on deck no ashtrays what did we pay for..😡😡

Good price and location, but pretty budget accomodation.

Location and staff were great. Reasonable sized room.

The room was very tired and dark. The bathroom had mismatched toilet seat, and the shower was over a huge bath, which was tricky to step into (if you're older like we were). The rooms were not soundproof and I could hear toilet noises from the other rooms.

There seems to be a lot of residence who were very loud all night, arguing and swearing. This kept me up for quite some time.

Wouldn't stay again.

Easy location to find.

The room was very basic, no table or chairs. Sliding door got stuck on the window. The hotel is being used as emergency accommodation and the conversations/yelling was not nice when we arrived. We asked for another room but none were available.

Room was fine

First warning sign was when a colleague dropped me off and asked if I was sure I had the right place!. Checked into room - there was a large amount of yelling, fighting and screaming from the other guests on the property (I have been told since that this Hotel is used for social housing) and then the police arrived. Felt extremely unsafe. Rang another property to see if they had any rooms available and left. Stayed 1 hour. Was advised that I would not get any money back (booked for 2 nights). Felt too relieved to get out of there to care at that moment..

Disgraceful and unpleasant.

Nothing!

The door to the unit that wouldn't open, it was jambed, even the staff couldn't open it. The key that we were given to that door didn't work. The treads on the stairway that was the accessway to the room were loose and unsafe. The stairway is incredibly steep and would not meet the current building code. The cracked sink bowl that was clearly unhygenic. The room smelt stale. The smell of drugs being smoked nearby. Unrepaired paintwork and flooring.

The whole experience wasn't good. Didn't want to step outside due to housing emergency people drinking, hanging around the complex all hours of the night. Loud music playing. Terrible stay

exterior was dated and run down. car park was small. TV was small. There was a bundle of electrical wires visible under bathroom cabinet, the wifi was done with vouchers. For $200 per night I was expecting 10 times better.

spoiled as I had to pay $50 for no reason.

I was charged $50 for checking in at 9:15pm as I had told the receptionist on a phone call. I was told check in closed at 9pm and I was 15 mins late.

Just a room with internet access and netflix.

The room was spacious and clean. The TV only had netflix, no news available.

The lack of restaurant. Advertised as a Hotel and conference Centre, I did not see any bar and the restaurant was closed for an evening meal and breakfast.

pleasant enough but the huge price increase not justified by facilities.

The bed was very comfortable. Pleasant to have a balcony. Staff very helpful with luggage and other issues. Fairly quiet for being located on a busy main road.

The "kitchen" arrangement was impossible, sink inaccessible to tall people , the crockery shelf too high for short. Toilet seat was wobbly. The balcony needed the mould cleaning away. No recycling or water saving suggestions. TV controls needed a guide.

Not much the room needs updating there was mould on the curtains can’t get tv to work needs to be easier.
