Very happy with my stay at the Hilton!

Hilton was great, it’s one of the stops for the Narita airport limousine bus, shuttle buses are provided to Maihama and Bayside station for easy access to Disneyland and DisneySea. It’s actually right across the road from Bayside station which is one stop away from the DisneySea station. Lobby has a play area and Disney movies showing on screen for the kids and step stools are provided in the lobby toilets and rooms for easy access for the kids! Room was big enough to accommodate 4 beds for us and the 2 kids. A Disney store and 2 Lawson in the lobby area as well !

Breakfast variety could be improved or rotated as it was the same across my 3 days but food was ok

Amazing and We will be Back!

We loved the buffet breakfast as well as how central it is to get to and from the Disney parks! Having 2 Lawson stores and a Disney store inside the hotel are massive perks and we will be back!

Overall great - please provide accurate information for pool

Great being so close to Disneyland! Only about 5mins by monorail. Free shuttle to and from the Maihama JR Station. Breakfast was amazing. Chefs make you your own omelette to order. Room was themed but not Disney. Got to see fireworks from our window which was a great end to our trip as we departed the next day.

We spent 2 weeks in Japan finishing off at the Hilton and was extremely disappointed as I booked hotel with intention to utilise the resort pool as we had an exhausting trip. However, to our disappointment, pool had closed for the season and only pool available was an indoor pool which you had to pay $40 per person to access. Ridiculous! It’s also a timed use of the pool too which is outrageous. Once i complained, receptionist gave me a voucher for one use during our stay to the indoor pool. Quite uncomfortable. Website indicated pool would close from November so i thought it would be available during our stay. So very disappointed as we planned to use pool until check in as we arrived early and checkin time was after 15:00.

Only stay at Hilton if you do not intend to go to Tokyo City as it is too far from city center. It

The daily breakfast did not match the hotel rating and the quality you expect from Hilton hotels. The staff were extremely nice and helpful but the food was ordinary.

I am extremely disappointed that using the swimming pool (outdoor) has a surcharge. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is the ONLY hotel I had to pay to use the swimming pool.

Good location, decent size room. Breakfast experience was a bit disappointing.

1. Excellent location. So neat to the Disney Resort trains. Plus you have the regular shuttle buses. 2. Upmarket presentation. 3. Comfortable beds. 4. Excellent air-conditioning. 5. Shops in the foyer, e.g. Convenience Store, Coffee shop, etc. 6. Friendly and hardworking staff. 7. The breakfast menu was decent and good quality. 8. They brought our luggage to our room.

1. Delayed check-in. We couldn't check in till 4:15 pm. 2. Staff tried hard to service guests. There seems to be insufficient staff to service the high number of guests. 3. Breakfast was busy and a bit chaotic. This felt more like a "food court" atmosphere rather than a "high-end" hotel. There were only two coffee machines, and for two days one coffee machine was inoperable so there was a long queue for the only available coffee machine. We've been to less high-end hotel were the breakfast was more relaxed and orderly.

部屋がとても広くて、子どもが楽しめる仕掛けがあったのがよかった。アメニティーの歯ブラシ等の質がよかった。子どもたちがベッドの下に潜り込んで遊んでいて埃だらけになるのを心配していたが、（他ホテルで汚いところがあった）綺麗に掃除されていたようで、埃だらけにならなかった。景色もよかった！

チェックインの時、時間がかかるゲストが多かったようで結構待たされたのがしんどかった。お風呂の排水の流れが悪く不快だった。（排水溝も確認したが、排水溝は綺麗だったので内部の構造の問題だと思う）

무료셔틀버스가 있어서 좋았고, 1층에 다양한 식당이 있어서 좋았습니다. 또한 편의점이 있어서 좋았습니다. 공항리무진을 1층에서 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 수영장이 있어서 좋았습니다.

조식 메뉴가 다양하지 않아 조금 아쉬웠고, 체크인 시간도 생각했던것 보다 오래 걸렸어요. 공항리무진 시간이 다양하지 않아 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 1층 로비에 비해 룸 시설이 조금 오래된 모습 있었습니다.

O atendimento é realmente muito bom! Os quartos acomodam super bem !

Área de fumante não ter uma cadeira confortável para sentar ,depois de um dia longo no parque com os pés dolorido de tanto andar so queria uma cadeira confortável para fumar meu cigarro no final do dia ! No caminho de volta parei em uma parada da express e lá tinha um banco confortável pensei como pode em um hotel não ter e em uma parada de estrada ter um banco mais confortável.

Needed more space. Description and pictures were misleading.

Family room isn't big enough for 5 people. Should be more space with living/dining area and with 2 bathrooms.

孫を連れての宿泊でしたが、幼児が楽しめる部屋でとても喜んでいました

翌日起床後、バスルームに行くと数匹のコバエ？を見つけました。あとコンセントの位置が不便でした。チェックアウト日はそのままトイストーリーホテルへの移動でしたが荷物のデリバリーについての説明がありませんでした。

Beautiful location and extremely lovely and efficient staff.

After a rocky check in process (credit card was charged in the wrong currency then refunded without me being asked (a refund can take up to 10 business days) so essentially, we were out of pocket $2500) the stay was lovely. The staff are all very nice and loved to have a go at practicing their English with us. The view from our room (820) was beautiful, the room was also very clean. This is a great spot for Disneyland and DisneySea. Free shuttle bus to the Disney tram line is a great idea. Extra shout out to the Manager and Duty Manager (around 12.30-2pm on Tuesday 11/6) on our check-in debacle for trying their very best to make the rest of the stay enjoyable, especially seeing as this was a 25th Birthday present for out daughter.

The beds are a little hard.
