I really enjoyed my stay and it was great value.

There was a lovely feel to the hotel, staff were very nice particularly the receptionist. I found it very relaxing with lovely places to sit and read or have a drink/coffee. We didn't have to book breakfast or dinner we could just go at our own convivence. The room was gorgeous, they gave us a suite so it was huge.

Poor choice, poor value, never again

The Room had no modern power sockets (USB), with only one accessible. The hair dryer could not be connected and use a mirror. The kettle was supposed to be hard wired but instead a replacement used a mains power plug - where to plug it in safely!!! We asked at reception for help and it never came. Breakfast: We have never experienced such poor quality food either cold or over cooked and cold. We did complain but the root cause was the kitchen not the staff. We left very inimpressed.

Lots of Potential but Needs Some Love

The housekeeping staff do a good job of keeping the property clean. The location was convenient for us for Lough Cutra. The room size was large and there was free parking. The WiFi worked well. The staff at breakfast were efficient.

The whole property needs renovation - the furniture, carpets, paintwork are in poor condition throughout. The room was uncomfortably hot and it was clear someone had been smoking in our room - multiple butts and a lighter had been thrown out the window onto the small balcony outside. The initial check in was not at all friendly. Breakfast was ok - very limited options and I didn’t see any accommodation for dietary requirements. The property has so much potential but just generally feels unloved. For the price being charged I would expect more.

location is good. staff were excellent . my meal was lovely.

I didn’t sleep as I was there for work and my room was near the lift. I could hear the last of the guests going to bed noisily and the first of the guests in the morning. bathrooms were noisy. pipes made noise when joining rooms flushed toilets etc

Charming hotel with friendly staff

Breakfast was lovely and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly. The building is decorated great and the bar is charming (where we had breakfast). Access to the leisure club and pool was a highlight and it's close to town center so we could easily walk into town for what we needed.

The hallways smelled like pool and our shower door was a bit broken and the shower head sprayed water all over the place, but hopefully they're in the process of updating it.

Nothing. Will never have the misfortune to step foot back in this place. Should drop the “Lady” from name

Large function on. Completely took over other guests needs. Noise started from 7pm to 7.30am the next morning. Fights in corridors and bedrooms. Broken glass and bottles everywhere. Sole night staff person could not control the bunch of drunk scum running amok the hotel. Police should have been called. People lying in a drunken heap at 7.30 am next morning in hotel foyer. Planned exit out of car park due to so much broken glass and bottles everywhere. No night safe in room. TV didn’t work. Would have been good to try and drown out some of the noise. Lockers in changing rooms didn’t work. Avoid this place. Absolute worst “hotel” I have ever had the misfortune to stay at

Lovely hotel and staff were very nice

Shower cubicle was very small there wasn’t much room to turn around, however the water pressure was great. The bath towels were on the small side also.
