Lovely food in bar, rooms not suitable for young families

Breakfast and bar food lovely Rooms have a nice modern look

On arrival was given a room with 20 steps to it and had a new born and a 9 year old with me, then was advised I would get a new room and that also had steps to it. I was then given keys to go check out another room in the basement which was of a lower standard, eventually given an appropriate room after the first hour being very stressful since arrived to hotel and 10 trips up and down stairs to deal with the staff. Blonde lady on reception was extremely cheeky and unhelpful towards me and my family. The room I was eventually given was 512 and next to the lift. The lift was extremely noisy and we spent most of our two night stay awake- with a newborn and a 9 year old I do find this very unacceptable and the whole experience very stressful.

Would definitely return!

The location is excellent for trips to the Cliffs, Caves, Lahinch, Doolin, Spanish Point etc! The family rooms are a great size and the pool is a great addition!

The Wi-Fi is poor on the first floor, no fridge in the room and the lady in the leisure centre needs to brush up on her people skills!

Everything at the hotel was exceptional, staff, food, ambience, facilities, and location. Will definitely be back again.

we had a lovely time.

beds were very comfy. The breakfast was great and dinner we really enjoyed. We really enjoyed the pool area, the sauna was fab, the hotel is in a lovely setting. It was lovely to walk into town and browse.

the room was over the back door to the kitchen, couldnt open the window because of cigarette smoke drifting up from below and also the noise, had to keep window closed. The room was a bit dark, the window is a bit small for room size.

this hotel is set up to cater for coach tours on international groups, we chose the wrong hotel for our likes.

Room without any view- huge industrial hotel. We didn’t have dinner as found a much nicer little restaurant in the village 5 minutes walk away.
