Alles ok soweit... Lage top!

Die Lage war top Das Schließsystem ohne Personal/Empfang hat gut geklappt

Tlw waren die Böden der gebuchten Zimmer nicht ganz sauber In meinem Zimmer waren Haare im Bad auf dem Boden und mein Handtuch war leider auch nicht sauber In einem Zimmer Gab es keinen Fön Das mit dem Frühstück war leider kompliziert und das Café nicht sooo flott und flexibel ... Schade, denn lecker war es...

Nach zwei Stunden aufgegeben

Rückerstattung hat problemlos funktioniert.

Der Zutritt hat wegen Systemproblemen nicht funktioniert und die angegebene Notrufnummer war nur schwer erreichbar. Nach zwei Stunden haben wir uns dann ein anderes Hotel gesucht.

Sehr einfache Unterkunft

Gute Lage, unkompliziertes Ein und Auschecken. Ventilator im Zimmer. Wasserflaschen vorhanden.

Sehr einfaches Mobiliar, wirkt insgesamt eher wie eine Privatunterkunft, nicht wie ein Hotel.

The Property is near the train station as well as the city center. The room paint is pleasing to eyes. They provided an electric fan since the room is not equipped with air condition. There’s a free bottled of water and chocolates.

There was no elevator and the stairs are not that big. At night time, if you open the window you can hear the noise from the outside. They put a voucher for the cafe at the ground floor of the hotel, but when we inquired for it, according to the staff of the Café it was not coordinated to them. The hotel room is expensive for not having staff and elevator.

Lovely place, as long as you can walk up the stairs

I loved the location, so central to the shops and restaurants (2 min walk) and main train and bus stations (5 -7 minute walk), plus tram was even closer! You can easily walk to all of the main attractions in Würzburg city including the churches, Residenz, Bridge etc. The hotel is decorated beautifully, and wifi/bathroom amenities were great. I liked the remote check-in (you receive a msg with your code at check-in time; we arranged to arrive 1 hour earlier, and were able to call and receive our check-in from the helpful person who answered). The hotel is close to a lively area; if you leave the window open at night for air (as there is no air conditioning), it can get very noisy, but if you shut the windows, it is very quiet. Loved being above La Toska cafe - such a gorgeous cafe with lovely staff who are very helpful for tourists who speak only a little German - I hope that in the future there could be a deal between the cafe and hotel for guests.

More detailed information about accessibility would have been helpful; currently it just says 'upper floors accessible by stairs only', however, the entire hotel is only accessible by stairs (steps up to the main door). More information about accessibility, including number of stairs/steps, and width of stairs would be helpful. The stairs are quite narrow, and it was difficult carrying a heavy suitcase up and down, especially because there is beautiful artwork on the wall; I did see someone had knocked one down during our stay, which is not surprising given the narrow stairs. Only some of the notices in the room were translated to English - it would be good for travellers who aren't so proficient in German to have translated options available (even maybe via QR code?). The only other negative thing was that there was no tea/coffee amenities or fridge in the room - it would be nice to have a kettle and/or fridge in the room, especially as there is currently no breakfast.

The room under the roof in old town.

1) Fast check-in. We recevied code for entrance and for the room door by mail in 1 hour. 2) Location is 5 min walk to centre. 3) Compliment - water and candy.

1) Steep stairs 3 floors. 2) There is no air conditioning. The room was under the roof - it was hot.

Very good

Room was clean and tidy. Great location close to train station and all the sites. Staff extremely helpful. No breakfast on site, but I understand that will be an option soon. I would definitely use this hotel again.

good bed. good bathroom.

no reception at arrival or leaving. no elevator. two long stairs to walk with all the bags. unnecessary doors in the way. no city center map. No free parking. 11 euro extra for parking in a parking house nearby.

Great position, clean and functional. Excellent staff who were always available and willing to help, not easy during these pandemic times which have made traveling and supplying service to travelers much more difficult

Some rooms have small beds, at least for me…. But the hotel was extremely willing to find an appropriate solution which they promptly and kindly found

The location is perfect, it is in the middle of Maximiliansplatz and the apartment is very confortable and big.

The hotel has no lift, therefore you have to carry your luggage for 3 floors...

Great location, poor availability of reception or a person in case of urgent cases

Very central location, walking distance to Central Station, city centre and all sightseeing locations. Coffee, tea, water in the room, especially because there is no reception/bar/restaurant/vending machine in the hotel.

Because of Corana, reception is only available in the afternoon. At checkout 11.00 you just need to leave the key, noone to talk to. The night before I had to leave, I wanted to extend for 1 more night or else confirm that I could leave my luggage and pick it up later in the afternoon. As there was noone at the reception, i dialed the hotel tel nr, hoping it would be transferred to a mobile phone. Only a message with a mobile nr to call in urgent cases. I called this nr, noone picked up the phone, so I left a message..... I am still waiting for them to return my call till this day. Just imagine I lost my key or had difficulties getting in the hotel during my stay...no support at all. I can understand they have to reduce their staff availability, but offering customers such a poor service as a hotel is really beyond words.

Betina Zackel was just super. Extremely kind and very helpful

Not being able to have breakfast in most of the hotels due Covid-19 is making our stay less enjoyable. We love breakfast. But this was the most affordable choice with still with a high rating.
