Cute hotel with lovely garden in a quiet neighborhood

This is a fantastic little hotel in a beautiful neighborhood of Nantes, with a lovely garden, great breakfast, and fantastic service. Christophe was a wonderful host. Parking was easy. The city's attractions are a short walk away, but this neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Take your breakfast in the garden if you can. It's a great way to start the day.

The room pas very clean, quite and comfortable. I am very satisfied by the personnel, the breakfast and the Way this hôtel is managed.

I dont like this City, looks like nobody takes care of it.

A lovely short stop.

Very clean, cosy and smart little boutique hotel. A friendly welcome and much help from Jerome, who speaks very fluent English. The buffet breakfast was generous and full of good produce.

Stylish comfortable - lovely helpful owners. All good.

Excellent helpful communication from the owner. Lovely comfy bed - all beautifully clean. Great recommendations for places to eat nearby and lively continental breakfast. We sat in the garden with a cup of tea when we arrived after along journey- perfect!

great value for money! definitely would recommend staying

very nice and welcoming staff! we’re quick in action and flexible with requests (early check-in), eager to help and advise :) the building itself very cosy and beautiful with a lovely garden.

very very minor minus - it’s a bit far from the centre but manageable especially given that there is a bus station in 2 minutes

Hotel is very nicely renovated and very comfortable. A bit far away from the center.

great welcome (they called in the morning offering all entry details). Prepared a nice letter for me with my name on it!

some thin walls = you can hear noises of neighbors at night. Location is maybe 0.5km too far.

Exceptional

We could not say nicer things about the hosts here. They have gone above and beyond to look after us. My mother was very ill and they have taken such great care of us. The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are stunning, clean and well decorated. The city is very close to the hotel and we are looking forward to returning soon, hopefully this time we will see more of Nantes. We have never had such an amazing experience at a hotel.

Great hotel for 2 nights in Nantes.

Breakfast in cozy, beautifully decorated room with garden view, and very friendly staff. Easy to reach from the main station via the C2 bus (which is free on weekends). You can get to the city center by walking in 20 min.

The bathrooms are very small, with the toilet partially placed under the sink.

The location is nice. Nantes is a lovely and beautiful city. There is lots of green and the food is lovely.

One member of the staff was unusually rude. I reached the hotel a few minutes after 8pm, and the reception closes at 8pm so I tried to call them to get the door access code, but the phone wasn't answered. After waiting several hours at the front door, another guest entering the hotel was kind enough to provide a "special" phone number which the hotel does answer (they provide this hidden phone number only after check-in), but the response of the person answering that phone was extremely rude and they initially did not even want to let me into the hotel and said I should sleep on the street (???), because I dared call him after 8pm. After a long discussion and begging I was provided access so I was able to sleep indoors. Note: I had already paid in advance. I later saw that the hotel had sent me a message with the door access code via booking.com around 8pm, but I did not have mobile internet in France and there was no accessible wifi in the vicinity of the hotel, so I didn't know they had sent this message (solution: provide the hotel wifi password in advance). The next day the rude staff member had told his boss at the reception various lies (e.g., that *he* called *me* and texted the code), so I just left. The boss at the reception seemed like a nice person though. The hotel itself is fine, but the pictures of the bathroom are fake. I booked and paid for a room that was advertised with pictures from a modern very good looking bathroom. Compare the pictures they advertise on booking.com with my pictures, it's clearly not the same bathroom. (edit: below they claim to be renovating, but then they shouldn't advertise with pictures from a different room it until the renovation is done) Another minor problem is that the walls of the hotel are extremely thin. I could hear my neighbours whispering in bed.

Pleasant stay at a cosy hotel. Good value for money.

stylish and very cosy interior, very comfortable beds, wonderful garden with sun chairs as well as chairs/tables so can even work, drinks are served in the garden. Simple but good quality breakfast. Very kind and helpful owners. 20-30 minutes by walk to the city center 4-5 minutes walk to public transportation.

actually nothing special to complain about. some people might miss an elevator.

A great hotel and proprietors in every respect & I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone

Friendliness and helpfulness of proprietors plus great recommendations from them. The garden was lovely to relax in. The breakfast was superb and the rooms and general hotel were really clean and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

A comfortable hotel with friendly staff 🌷

First of all, the accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, so it is the best place for those who want to rest. The staff at the accommodation always smiled and tried to provide the best service. If I have a chance next time, I want to visit this hotel again. Thank you very much :-)

Very comfortable stay

Very comfortable bed, nice view over city, excellent breakfast, extremely friendly staff

The main light in my room was very dim, the location was a bit of a walk from the city -- on the plus side, it was a very fast and easy uber ride late at night.
