excellent

property was as it looked like on the internet no false advertisement, so it was really good , because our previous villa was totally the opposite

needs a bit more of scrubbing around the taps in the bathroom both in tub and in the shower and the sinks , the nets at the top of the shower needs to be fixed cause mosquitoes will eat you alive ,

Great location but a bit needs more care

Location! Near cafes and a laundromat

Villa furnishings and appliances were not well-maintained. Bedroom was clean though.

Definitely not a 4 or 5 star rating and not worth the money. Never again.

Breakfast was nice, staff were nice

Air conditioner did not work properly. it was regassed at one stage but temperature built up again. We were given a fan and told that is the best they can do. One night my husband had to sleep on the floor in the lounge room so he was cool. Black and green mold near the pool. Pool was constantly dirty and had a leak, and we had to empty the basket and re fill the pool just about every day. The shower downstairs was the worst shower I have had in my life and water went everywhere. Lights flickered. No kitchen wipe or tea towels, pipes leaked upstairs with water running down the stairs. There was no "do not disturb" sigh for the front door. Furniture and fittings run down. Bath towels were old and stained. Sheets had holes.

staff are friendly. place is cosy. water pressure good.

air con is not strong enough. so hot in the day time. jacuzzi drainage not good and dirt coming out of the spouts.

Very spacious, good location.

I know its a first world problem but the pool was cold! Doesn't get enough sun due to being more of a courtyard area. We usually love spending lots of time in the pool while on holiday in Bali and having a swim in the evenings too, but our pool was really too cold to get in there very often. The villa was a bit run down but very spacious.

highly recommend if privacy and beautiful accomodation is what your looking for

service is amazing, daily cleaning of villa, staff also come at night to place mozzie coils and spray room, turn down your bed at same time, pool is cleaned daily also, would happily stay again

a couple of mornings our breakfast was delivered cold, and powdered milk was all that was offered for our morning coffee

I would not stay here again.

It was extremely noisy at the property. At all hours of the night and early morning there was constant loud voices and music playing. I was not advised that there could be a noise problem. This was a very unpleasant stay.

The staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. They were always happy to help, could not fault them!

The property is outdated, infested with flies. Looked like it had not been used in a very long time. The hot water was not working on one occasion, toilet was not great, as it kept getting blocked and the AC was leaking and made a lot of noise during the night. Breakfast would be cold whenever it arrived in the mornings. However the staff were brilliant and always helpful. Just the property was overpriced and not worth how much we paid for.

Superb

Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The included breakfast every morning was beautiful.

The Air-Conditioning in the bedroom section of our villa was not up to the task, we spent most nights restless and sweating with the sheets kicked off, we considered sleeping on the sofa in the living room simply because the A/C worked so much better in there

Bad

I didn't occupy the room at all because it was not ready at 11pm and after my booking on your site, and I was not in their file the evening when I arrived. I waited over an hour for the person to reach someone. I visited the room while waiting which was not ready. So I canceled the villa and left

Despite the fact that I could not occupy the Villa, the hotel decided to apply 100% of the penalties after my cancellation. I will never return to this hotel.

The water in the bathroom was very smelly but after running water for a while it was good water

Exceptional

Loved our stay! The villa was extremely spacious, clean. The staff were wonderful and nothing was ever too much. They even offer free shuttle bus into town. Thank you Kanishka for a wonderful stay!

Loved the private pool and the big bathroom

The wifi was terrible and could barley manage with 1 phone And the pillows won’t the best bit of a sore neck
