ينصح به خاصه للباحثين عن المساحات الكبيرة

المكان جداً ممتاز وهادئ طالع كلاسيكي من تصاميم الثمانينات هادئ ونظيف

صارت لي مشكله مع احد موظفي الاستقبال اسمه عبدالقادر حيث خرجت الساعه 3 ورفض الا ان ادفع غرامة تأخير 150 ريال دفعتها ثم تواصلت مع الادارة وكان تعاملهم جداً راقي تواصلت معي استاذه سارة وقدمت لي اعتذار وحولت المبلغ كاملاً ع حسابي رغم المشكلة لكن الفندق جميل وسوف اكرر الزيارة

Les chambres spacieuses, le lit King size confortable , la piscine , le parking sous terrain

Le personnel n’est pas trop souriant sauf le monsieur de la réception . Le petit déjeuner pas trop varié , l humidité de la chambre . Le lit des enfants n étaient pas fait , tous les jours on avait que deux serviettes pour cinq

تجربة سيئة وغير موفقة

تجربة سيئة جدا جدا وصلت الفندق الساعه 1 ظهرا واستلمت غرفتي ولم تكن حسب التوقعات وطلبت على الفور تغيير الغرفة ووعدني بتغييرها بعد نظافة الغرفة التالية التي قد تستغرق نظافتها ساعتين وهذا وقت كبير على نظافة غرفة الا ان السبب هو عدم توفر عمال نظافة في الفندق وابلغهم بأنني سأذهب لزيارة الاقارب وسوف اعود في وقت متاخر وسوف استلم غرفتي الجديدة بعد العودة وما ان عدت الساعة 3 فجرا تفاجأت بأن الغرفة الجديدة لم تتم نظافتها من الساعة 1 ظهرا وحتى الساعة 3 فجرا لأكثر من 14 ساعة ما اضطرني للعودة لغرفتي القديمة التي تم رفضها في البداية وفيها راحة الرطوبة عالية جدا وهذا بسبب اهمال في اعمال الصيانة ولم تتوفر فيها مناشف بصراحة الخدمة سيئة جدا وتجربة فاشلة باإضافة إلى تعامل موظفين الإستقبال السيئ مع العملاء فقد واجهتني اكثر من حالة مع نزلاء قبلي كان التعامل سيئ جدا والفاظ الموظفين مع عمال النظافة سيئه جدا الفاظ لاتليق بسمعة فندق بهذا الحجم بأمانه الإدارة فاشلة جدا ملاحظة مهمه اثناء تسجيل الخروج طلب مني الموظف مراجعة الإستقبال للتوقيع على تسجيل الخروج وهذه حالة لأول مره تحصل معايا نزلت في كل فنادق جدا بمجرد الإتصال على الإستقبال وابلاغهم بالمغادرة اترك الكرت داخل الغرفة واغاددر بعد ابلاغ موظف الإستقبال الا ان الموظف طلب مني الحضور للتوقيع على نموذج المغادرة بعد جرد الغرفة والتأكد من سلامة محتوحياتها لا افكر بتاتا العودة للحجز في هذا الفندق ابدا ولا انصح به صراحة المفروض يتم تعويضي بغرفة مجانية مقابل البهدله اللي تبهدلتها يعني اعتبر سكنت لمدة 8 ساعات من فقط او استرداد مبلغ الحجز هذا للعلم ..

الموظفين سيئين ومزعجين جداً تعاملهم سيء وبطيئين في الخدمة جداً ويتصلون علية يطلعوني من السكن الساعة 12 الظهر يقول هذا قانون جديد ويجون يدقون الجرس يعني ازعاج موطبيعي والمسؤل عن المسبح سيء واخلاقة صفر يجلسون يطلبونة يفتح ورافض ..يفتح اوقات الشمس تكون حارة عشان محد يسبح ويقفل اذا صار الجو حلو والناس ودها تسبح المهم انه آخر تجربة معهم ان شاءالله لسوء اخلاقهم وتعاملهم الصفر

I wish I had the power to do the changes

The location and furniture The parking The staff are very friendly

The hotel needs service management very soon The TV need to be programmed with more channels We have to reprogram the keys every time The shower is old and can be un save.the bathroom door opener got to be replaced. The room breakfast service is crazy they brought it from the buffet cold and much more than 10 people can eat The seating room needs more lighting The coffee shop is nice but it’s dead because you need to add tow TV screens on in each side

Old but classic and spacious

If you appreciate classic furniture (it's basically like living in the Habitat store), then you'll like this hotel. It's rather old but classic with plenty of space in the room (suite), secured basement parking, and excellent location. Also, there's an excellent swimming pool on the rooftop. Level 3 has plenty of seating space for if you have guests.

The hotel could use new furniture for sure. The TV screens are old, the shower are old style, and not much has changed since it opened (nearly 20 years ago).

size of the room & location

I have multiple issues: WiFi doesn’t work with no solution & i want to check early with paying half the amount but no collaboration unfortunately or enough .. the big challenge is not having any one of the management call me or contact me while i am asking this many times.. i don’t advise to visit this hotel ..

Good experience with luxury furniture

This is the third time I'm coming here. I like the place and the furnitures. the location is amazing

They should add microwaves. the swimming pool was under maintenance. the bathrooms looks should changed. the location of the bathroom and it should be in the living room.
