期待通り

周りが静かで、目的地のロームシアターまで徒歩で行けるところがよかった

エレベーターがないので大きな荷物を持って階段を昇降するのは辛かった

部屋のニオイ以外満足です！

スタッフの方の対応がとても良かった。お部屋もキレイでとても清潔感がありました。

部屋に入った瞬間、タバコのようなニオイがしてとても不快に感じ慣れるまで時間がかかりました。

次に予約することはないです

駐車場がお得に使えるとこ。だが、周りの駐車場も24時間料金で安いとこもあり、そこまでのお得感はなかった

3人で予約してあったのに、タオル寝衣アメニティが1人分しかなく、それをフロントに伝えたらアメニティしかもってかなかった。フロントの人の対応も感じが悪かった。(昼間勤務の人は丁寧で感じよかった) 部屋もカビ臭く、壁の汚れなど古さを強く感じる部屋だった。浴場のシャンプーも臭く浴室にドライヤーなどなく色々不便でした。

Reasonable price and simple

The place is ok it's simple and with a reasonable price, my room was clean and nearby there are few good restaurant and a combini. I went there to join an event and the hotel is super near, just few minutes walkin, so it was a very good choice. The car parking is super convenient.

The air filter in the bathroom was very dirty, it's something I noticed in many hotel and this one makes no exception.

Everything! kind staff, clean room, comfortable bed, nice yukata, even the location was close to a nice tiny river.

No elevator. Fortunately the staff helped me with my luggage.

Staying at comfortable hotel in close proximity of many temples

Hotel is slightly of the beaten paths, however in walking proximity to the Heian-jingū, Nanzen-ji as well as all the shrines on known Philosopher‘s Path. Hotel offers tasty Japanese breakfast and its rooms are relatively spacey compared to other offers in Japan.

Furnishing is not the newest anymore , no elevator despite 4 floors

I loved the real ryokan experience.

The bathroom was smaller than I expected and the room was missing the room dividers.

Overall was a good experience staying in a japanese styled room

Japanese room was very spacious for 1 person. As it was a twin room they allow to use the extra futons and amendities even for 1 person

The towels are a bit old and worn out ...

The stay was good, easily accessible location, near Combini stores and a shrine. Clean and pleasant place to stay.

Great location, lovely staff, and decent quality for the price.

It is conveniently located near the beautiful sites of 清水寺, 南禅寺, and 円山公園. It was a good value for the price. And the staff were attentive and very kind.

The rooms and overall atmosphere were not the cleanest. There were some small spots that were not super clean and you can tell the place is old. BUT, it was not too bad.

A pleasant stay in May.

Best location. Calm environment. Reasonable price. I hope they will upgrade the furniture, wall paper and so forth,as they get popular and rich. But shower without bath tab was really satisfactory for travellers. I enjoyed my one-night in Okazaki, Kyoto, a place for art.

For Japanese travellers, if they have a bathing bath somewhere in/out of the facility, it would be just perfect.

This was a relaxing, warm, and welcoming stay that I’d like to experience again!

Excellent service, wonderful explanation of instructions in English, warm atmosphere, and outstanding utilities.

The WiFi connection was a bit slow and I couldn’t watch videos so smoothly.

It was a very pleasant place to stay; I loved the location near to the temples in NE Kyoto.

The Kyoto Traveler's Inn was in a very good location near interesting sights such as Nanzen-ji temple, the Kyoto KYOCERA Art Museum, and Heian Jingu. The room was comfortable and well furnished, and the hotel was very quiet - no outside noise, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a choice of Western or Japanese style breakfast.

A comfortable, affordable and clean stay.

I liked that there were multiple futons and blankets in my room. Often when booking as one person the hotel removes the extra items. With it being so cold when I went I really appreciated it!

It was kind of far away from the things I personally wanted to see and there wasn’t an elevator.

The shower of the toilet doesn't work well.

Staff is perfect..breakfast is good enough and the location is walking distance to main attractions.

It is vey dark and old, no elevator. Bathroom is very very tiny and dirty.
