Trop cher pour le rapport qualité/prix

L’établissement est propre.

1. À l’accueil à l’arrivée, on m’a immédiatement demandé de payer 20€ supplément pour mon Yorkshire tandis que dans la réservation je n’en étais pas avertie. La dame d’accueil n’a pas réussi à justifier ce supplément et a fini par rembourser. 2. Les escaliers pour accéder à l’étage ne sont pas sécurisées et glissantes. J’en suis tombée et ai cassé mon téléphone. 3. J’ai passé du temps à essayer d’aider une famille américaine qui a fait une réservation et payé son séjour mais n’arrivait pas à accéder à leur chambre (samedi après 19h) car n’ont pas reçu le code d’accès. 4. J’ai eu une chambre avec la vue sur le mur. 5. L’installation de la clim fixée face à ma fenêtre faisait un bruit désagréable durant tout le séjour.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec grand lit double, on nous donné une chambre avec 2 petits lits. Quand nous avons demandé de changer, on nous a donné une chambre avec un frigo qui faisait un bruit monstre, on a donc dû se contenter de la chambre avec deux lits simples.

Superb

Everything was fine. The owner went out of his way to make it a nice stay, my TV had a small issue and he offered a free beer and also asked me if I wanted to change rooms. It is clean and conveniently located 10 mins from Luxembourg city. The breakfast was also very good and served with a smile. I will be back

Disappointing

The staff were very helpful and welcoming their English was very good the evening meal was also very good as was the breakfast.

The room was was dull and tired the outlook was on to a courtyard with high concrete walls giving no view. The reception area was small and apart from a small lift the stairs were located behind the reception desk. The hotel was adequate for a one night stop over.

Awesome and friendly staff - Highly recommend

Staff: The staff of the hotel is BEYOND friendly. We were usually for the breakfast (Which was included) and the staff nevertheless gave us our breakfast with a smile in the face. I think it was the manager who will also bring us food recommended by him to the table, specially nice home made cakes!

The walls in the hotel are a little thin, so sometimes we could hear the gest. But nothing really too extreme about it. At the end we could sleep really comfortable

Superb

The staff was really nice and even though I arrived on Sunday quite late at night, they were able to somehow check me in (i would not recommend doing that though). The hotel overall was super clean, the room was a bit small, but perfect for my two day trip. The bathroom was nice, only the shower didn't work quite well, but that might have only been issue in my room. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious!

Checking in was kinda confusing so I don't recommend coming on Sunday later evening.

The rooms were very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated . The breakfast was very generous.

Reception staff were not very helpful ar all and parking was an issue. There were only a handful of spaces for guests outside the hotel, the car park behind the hotel was closed during the day and only open during the night once during our 2 night stay. Some parts of the hotel didn't seem finished and a few plugs were not safe. The restaurant belonging to the hotel was very pricey and closed on Mondays. When we asked the receptionist if she could recommend other places nearby she was very vague and didn't offer any help.

Really nice hotel, but bevare location.

Nice people, clear room, everything inside was completely great.

It's not the hotel fault, but. ..The bell of near church was really annoying. You can handle that can simply ring, but they play melodies on it, even after 10pm. Also when you are on the street side you can hear crazy drivers who make a noise.

Pleasant stay

The staff is welcoming. The room is nice and very clean. Shower is good with good pressure. They have some parking right in front of the entrance but not covered. The restaurant which is part of the complex is really good. Each window has mosquito nets.

The room was quite hot and no AC available but they provide a very nice fan to help. I really don't get the type of bedding they have in this area of Europe which is a duvet for a single person (barely) despite a double bed, instead of the whole bed.

It was very noisy at night, the bed was next to the door and I woke up several times due to noise. Not the hotels fault, but it was very unpleasant.
