Agréablement satisfait

Le personnel de l'hôtel du Mondorf a été très souriant, très accueillant et vraiment super gentil. Le cadre est très beau et fait pour bien se reposer. Calme et même les gens sont très agréables. Les chambres sont cosi et très propres.

Une seule chose que je n'ai pas spécialement apprécié était la vue depuis la chambre qui était l'arrière du bâtiment et qui ne donnait pas sur un beau cadre mais le reste était parfait.

Lovely hotel. Great for couples and family stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast and friendliness of the staff. Excellent location. Quiet and convenient to the thermal spa. Very cozy.

It's hard for me to judge Villa welcome as we got upgraded to stay at the Mondorf hotel, But the resort is amazing, well maintained and very much worth the money! 5 start for them! And not just for the upgrade

Excellent quality, very relaxing...amazing!

Basically everything. The room at Villa Welcome is clean and with enough space, it has everything that could be offered. Wifi is perhaps not excellent, but surely more than enough for streaming from the computer, for instance. It had some minor issue only when connecting from the phone. This said, the offer was absolutely incredible: for a far lower price than many other hotels I found in Luxembourg, we had not only accomodation, but also fitness and wellness all included - those facilities are incredible. Also, the day of our check-out, athough having left the room already, we had full access to all facilities (pools, fitness, etc.) at no extra price. We just used them, took a shower, dropped access watch and towels there, and left. All staff was kind and happ to help

The only thing that perhaps can be mentioned is the price of the breakfast (we only had it once at the hotel). The breakfast is very good and it has everything that can be offered (no more than in any other hotel), but 22 euros per person are way too high price - in this case, the highest I have seen from all offers in Luxembourg that I checked in booking.com. You can actually have similar breakfast in the town (5-minute walk) for at least half the price.

Comfortable room, excellent food, lovely spa complex.

Main thing was that I was upgraded to the main hotel, which helped in looking after my grand-daughter (my daughter was staying in the main hotel). Also meant restaurant was easily accessible and the spa.

For the spa day it would have been good to have been advised that showers and lockers were available in the spa complex - I mistakenly changed in the 'vestiare' near the luggage store.

We didn't like the fact that we had to wear a mask in the pool but of course we totally understand.

Comfortable bed, nice room, free parking and access to the wellness & fitness center even after the checkout

Breakfast is too expensive, the location of the hotel is confusing, you have to go through another hotel’s reception to get your keys and then walk back to Villa Welcome. The receptionist wasn’t really friendly..
