Some rules not clear until u face the chop,, for example it was not clear whether breakfast is included or not in the first place until the time we were told to leave the restaurant,,, found it not inorder,,,,

location & food great but hotel needs basic hygiene and cleanliness to be maintained.

location , front desk were brilliant & food was excellent . The proximity to all my appointments was a blessing . Love their sandwiches , breakfast . Staff was cordial but it’s embarrassing to expect to be tipping every little bag they help u with . I just felt bad and tipped most of the time .

The first room Bathroom had mold everywhere . Was black mold on a white curtain . A hair dryer and iron would help . The noise outside my room was unbearable . One can hear every sound . I couldn’t sleep one night since the next room kept having visitors and the walls are thin & audible . I extended my stay by another day and they moved me, that bathroom seemed new . They charged me for a postponement/ cancellation I had to make due to an illness . I had the Dr notes as well . I travel around the world quite a bit and no hotel has charged when you have a legit reason to postpone . Most online & Booking.com reservations have free cancellations . Since I booked directly with the hotel they refused and charged me a cancellation fee even after going through a family recommendation . Its a pity I had to request just basic courtesy , that’s when they offered 50% off the cancellation fee. I understand we all have businesses to run so paying 50% was fair and I offered to rebook there .

The hotel was lovely and comfortable, we only stayed one night as we were flying out the next day.

The location was good, close to the beach and nice restaurants.

We arrived late in the afternoon, well after check in time, our room wasn’t ready, I really wanted to get to the beach before it got dark, we were kept waiting for half an hour. I don’t think that is acceptable 5pm is too late.

Best place to stay near Juhu Beach and the airport

Everything went well at the Hotel Bawa Continental. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a good location, close walking distance to Juhu Beach and a short taxi ride to the international airport. The staff was amazing! Everyone was very helpful and attentive. For a short time, my phone would not connect with the wifi, but the problem was quickly solved by one of the highly knowledgeable staff members at the front desk who make sure that the day-to-day details and surprises are handled very skillfully. The wifi was excellent and did not falter at any point during my three-night stay. As for the restaurant, the food is excellent. I had both Indian food and western food and both were very tasty. The service is also very good and the restaurant stays open to 11 pm and will provide room service up to 1:30 am. This hotel is very well managed, and you will enjoy your stay here.

Mumbai dreams..!!!

The facilities, the ambiance, the location were good. The stay was comfortable. The room and the bathroom was clean. There is 24 hrs hot water facility. The best part was there was a bathtub in the bathroom..!!!

The room tariff was slightly overpriced. The bathtub was small. Not that it's very small, but it should have been a bit larger. Had booked the thematic room and was hoping to get the Rajasthani theme room but at that time it was not available. But I have no complains..!! The room size however felt small, but nonetheless it was comfortable.

Clean, Budget Hotel with Great Cook and Reception Staff.

Twin or Executive room was a good size, clean, with adequate facilities. Breakfast was tasty and location is good as it is near Juhu and the airport. The Reception staff were amicable and very helpful.

In my opinion a separate common lounge area would be great.

Breakfast should have started at 8 am. However, even at 8 25 am it was not fully laid out. The morning staff were late coming for work and generally off handed in their attitude when asked to lay the breakfast.

Fabulous stay in Mumbai with every need catered for in this hotel!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and looked after my every need. I enjoyed the room service meals each night. At reception, they organised a day’s sightseeing for me with a driver and they made the tea for me exactly in the way that I like it. As I was travelling on my own for this part of my India trip, the trouble taken was invaluable to me. I would rate this hotel very highly!

Embiance and facility is good

Every night AC was stop working at 3.am . And we were sacrifice our sound slip just because of hot atmosphere. Both the night i have not completed my sound slip. Totally use less..
