Good location but costly

Location is good, staff is polite but can be tough to contact. Clean rooms

Room size very small. Checkin time not flexible. No food options. Costly for this room size in this location

Great location and comfortable apartments. Friendly staff!

Staff are very helpful and friendly, in particular Jayesh was always on hand to be of assistance. Rooms are quiet, clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable beds. In a great location with lots of nice restaurants close by.

Small but decent rooms

Laundry downstairs so good. Good living room and kitchen. Guard downstairs so secure. Nice area. The WiFi was good

Small room and congested. First room had only one key, mirror and shower door was also broken. Fan regulator was broken. On second day, our room was changed and that was small but fine.

Good choice

Clean, comfortable and nice designed room. Staff was good, special thanks to Mr Vaibhav who was helping with any issues. We were allowed to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after check out. Location is good, it is easy to reach from the airport. There is a good Cafe and a Restaurant in the neighbourhood (but also some others which we didn't try).

You hear the street a bit but especially the shared room in the middle where people take breakfast in the morning.

This place felt like a home away from home!

The room and kitchen were extremely clean, the wifi was fast and stable, and my room had a lovely big window with a great view. Beyond the quality of the room itself the location was also incredible - right in the heart of Khar West, surrounded by great cafés and restaurants, and only a short walk from hip Bandra. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Informal Breakfast /kitcehn area not upto the mark. Pre-cooked breakfast was kept in fridge and served next day. Cutlery dishes not upto the mark. Kitchen was on a floor different to room. There was no kettle in room. There were no tea supplies or kettle in the kitchen. The fridge was quite full with no room for our food.

Super, will surely book again

We enjoyed our stay with the comforts offered. Abhishek (The staff) was extremely helpful. the owner also was very approachable and accommodative.

Reception at check-in was little delayed, however the property, cleanliness and co-operative staff made it up for it!

Exceptional

very professionally managed, breakfast was awesome, room was spacious and comfortable. The apartment suite is well maintained and tastefully done. 2 km form Carter Road and the walk to the beach is awesome

Disappointing

1. Room was not available even at 2pm check in time. It upset a lot of my plans as it was business travel. Guests were still checking out when I was rudely told that I could not get the room till 2 pm but, the check out time is 11 am so late check out is possible but early check in is not?? I paid for a room that was supposed to be available to me at 2 pm and it was not!!! Really really horrid check in experience. 2. Room was not cleaned till late evening on second day 3. Had requested for quiet room - was given a room facing the train tracks 4. Stark difference in cleanliness and upkeep of Bandra property and Khar property. 5. Even replenishment of coffee tea was not there 6. Reception contact no was not picked up at all. Had to ask front desk to collect a parcel and despite multiple calls on mobile and text no response. 7.Wifi password should have been kept in room Bandra and Khar properties stark difference in management and upkeep.

Excellent staff and location!

Posh pali hill area which is safe and well connected. Room and bathroom were good and had good Air conditioning. Staff (Amit) and others were very helpful and looked after us very well. Made excellent tea and breakfast. Daily room cleaning was also excellent. Staff made us feel at home.

Finishing of the room could be touched up (loose lamp, wall paper peeling etc). The dining table area was super wet with rain in the monsoon. Could be closed off? You are sharing the apartment with other guests, which you can’t control. Could get noisy!

Excellent. I would recommend this for business travelers and week long traveller.

Great as usual. Having stayed with the same host on other properties/rooms. This was impeccable as usual. Very easy to reach host, helpful and overall effortless stay.
