War alles super, würden wir wieder buchen

Wir waren mit allem super zufrieden, ausreichend Parkplätze, Personal super nett, Frühstück war lecker, Aufzug super schnell, Lage war super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, alles sauber

Ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon wäre super weil man auf der einen Seite den ganzen Tag Sonne abbekommt und der Balkon dadurch sehr heiß wird

The apartment was spacious and very clean, perfect for a family or group of friends. The kitchen had enough pots, plates, cups and cutlery for a short stay. The bathroom was very nice with more than enough towels and toilet papers. I liked that we could order food (through a delivery app) and have it delivered to us even after midnight - which means that the location was very convenient for delivery service too. There’s a bus stop 2mins away from the property which facilitates commuting to and from city center. Both the neighborhood and the property were quiet and safe. As for staff members, although a particular one came off a litte rude and not very welling to help, Irene A. on the other hand was the nicest, most cheerful staff member you’ll meet. She was extremely helpful in every single aspect, like when we had an issue in the room or inquired about certain things regarding the laundry room, gym etc, or even when we requested suggestions for activities, attractions or restaurants in Verona. If I ever come back to stay in this residence or recommend it to someone else, it’d be thanks to her.

Despite having a nice balcony we couldn’t really enjoy it because our neighbor kept smoking weed all night long! I don’t understand how that’s allowed but maybe weed is legal in Italy I’m not sure. The washing machines were faulty when we used them but at least we got out money back. Either way I think that 5€ per wash then 4€ to dry is a little too much.

Very nice location, gorgeous view, quiet area. The apartment is close to supermarkets, City Center and the major tourist attractions nearby. I highly recommend it.

Excelent housing.

Very clean, classy.

A little bit far from the city center, but that goes with other advantages. Also, the parking places are a little bit narrow, nit a problem if you are an experienced driver.

On the whole we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property

The apartment was very clean with most things we needed. Nice balcony, great air conditioning, good location.. Taxis to and from the town were about 12 euros and staff were happy to arrange them for us at the reception where there is also a bar. There is also a bus service although we didn’t use it. The local supermarket is well stocked and a short walk from the property.

We couldn’t get the induction hob working and I suspect that it was because there was no induction plate for the pans which was a disappointment as there was no kettle or coffee machine so we would have liked to have been able to boil water to make hot drinks or food. It wasn’t a problem for us because we bought our own breakfast from the supermarket and bought coffees up from the bar.

It was located in a pleasant part of Verona a short bus ride from the centre. The apartment style room was spacious and clean with a great view from our balcony.

I like the overal experience

cleaning services once per week. it should be once per 3 days so for my stay of 7 nights they didn’t clean other then the general before check in

Money-value perfect. We recommend it!

We like the location, easy for us with the car and also how spacious the rooms are. Free parking was a plus!!

The smell in the room was a bit weird. Remain during our 5 days, like tabaco. That is why only 7 as punctuation otherwise could be a 9.

Not impressed, not recommended.

The parking space

Bland and boring decor, horrible pillows, uncomfortable mattress it gave me a bad back. No kettle, no toaster. We could hear people from the rooms next door including their smell of cigarette coming through the vents. All the one bedrooms apparently face the opposite side of the river so not a good view at all. Overall we didn’t enjoy it and will not be returning.

temperature regulation in room was not working well. it was cold most of the time until the morning. there seemed to have been some type of renovation going on that made a lot of noise in the morning.

Quiet and comfortable place

Very clean and comfortable. I shared the room with 3 more friends and there was sufficient room for all of us (one king size bed, one couch and one extra single bed).

The location isn't the best if you'd like to go out at night at the center. However, you can definitely walk from city centre to the hotel.

The studio was very clean, spacious, the terrace big with a wonderful view, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen very well equiped. The staff (at the reception and at the bar) was very nice and helpful, they helped us with any information needed.

Not so close to the center of the city, but I knew this since I booked the room, so this will not affect my rating.

Great apartment hotel, would return

Great location, in a quiet residential area so not a lot of food options to eat out nearby but there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away which linked to most areas in verona. 3 out of 4 staff members were lovely. Really helpful during checkin and before check in. A nice touch was to email to ask how we wanted the room to be set up, i.e. twins, double, did we need the sofa bed set up etc. Also really helpful with transport etc. Below tells why the 4rth was a bit obnoxious. The room itself was lovely, great shower, nice balcony to sit on, kitchen area had what a basic kitchen needs so great apartment.

Staff member on our final night was quite frankly rude. Sighed loudly when we asked him for toiletroll for the room. And made a huge deal about us asking for extra towels. He said "you have towels in your room and we don't provide room cleaning". I said this was our 4rth night and we weren't looking for our room to be cleaned, just some fresh towels and that as the advert on booking.com said this would be fine we didn't understand why he was getting annoyed at this.. He then took five mins checking when we had checked in as if we were lying, sighed again, and finally gave us two towels. It was really disappointing as the other man and two ladys at the reception desk at all other times had been super friendly and really nice.
