Welcome stay in a nice clean one bedroom apartment that had the lot.

Large one bedroom apartment with plenty of space and everything you needed. Separate full kitchen and bathroom. Easy walk to shops, Restaurants and the gardens. Very friendly and professional manager. Cooked breakfast was very nice

Most relaxing couple of days.

The location was fantastic. The hosts were amazing. The facilities were excellent. So easy to travel around and see all the sights.

All good cannot say ANYTHING BAD .

Overall happy with my experience, apart from the check-in confusion.

It was great for what I wanted, clean and tidy.

Check in times on Booking.com advised I had until 9.30pm, however I received a phone call and was met with a blunt reception to advise that 9pm was the final check-in time and a suggestion that I hurry up. I strongly advise that this is updated as staff may not be met with such friendly and understanding customers in future.

Great for our needs as a family, a good amount of space for everyone and a well stocked kitchen

The lay out of the room was great, the big bay windows let lots of sunlight in which made the room feel super cosy.

Being on a main road meant we had noise from the street late at night.

The place is very clean and tidy. The man in the reception area is very helpful to give us recommendations of places to visit around Invercargill. We will be back at this place again. My family is very happy of our experience.😊

small rooms, but all you need if you’re just sleeping there. I couldn't get the spa bath jets to work - but that may have been me not doing something right!

-The owners and staff were extremely friendly and they did their utmost to make our stay a pleasant one. -Comfortable, clean and well appointed spacious room. -No problem with our late arrival. -A pity we couldn't have stayed longer than one night.

A very comfortable, value-for-money stay.

A very hospitable host in James. Just the way motel owners used to be. (Sadly, too few of them remain.) He was a great source of local knowledge and happy to share.

Lovely Staff, very understanding when we arrived later than expected. Good location. Room was clean, nice Spa bath.

No kitchen sink so had to fill water jug from bathroom. Although clean, room was very dated
