Great value motel.

Only 5 minutes from city centre, large 3 bedroom apartment.

Good room and friendly staff. Rooms are a little tired but new management is updating them ongoing.

Size of unit good, parking and laundry also good. Nice quiet street.

Had no Sky TV which would be beneficial. TV reception on some channels not good.

ok for one night as the price was good, but definitely need Wi-Fi for longer stay and need to get an extension cord to

Bed mattress very good. Shower good.

No Wi-Fi. electric blankets unable to be connected to 3 pin plugs because cords too short.

Bedroom right beside foot path and road , very noisy couldn't sleep , Street lights shined though curtains so was like sleeping with light on

Clean and comfortable being extremely good value for money.

Room was clean and comfortable. Heating kept room warm. Outside is pretty shabby but interior has been redecorated and is pleasant.

Only had one night but a very good experience absolutely no issues

Unit old but very warm and comfortable had all what was required for our stay. Beaut shower and bed. Kitchen had all that was required if you wanted to cook a full meal.

Good for a no frills basic over nighter.

Overall the room was clean and had self catering. Was a one night stay so met its purpose.

The bedroom was tiny, if the door to the room was open then you could not access that side of the bed. The bathroom area to open the shower door to the towel rails was millimetres to spare. The toilet door also just missed the toilet seat by millimetres, meaning if you were a larger person entering the toilet would be difficult.

Very friendly young lady at reception and her helpfulness made our stay. Close to town

The receptionist was wonderful and so helpful. Comfortable chairs and comfortable bed

The bathroom facilities were very, very cramped. Not much room to move around and had to close the door into bathroom area before you could open the shower door. Toilet area was difficult to move around in. Laundry dryer kept going and going even though clothes were dry.

Good overall

Check in was easy and accommodated my change I need to the amount of nights I stayed. For the location was good as I enjoyed the walk into town through some of the parks and gardens.

clean, neat, had all I needed. excellent bathroom.

no milk in the room. remember to collect it from the receptionist when you check in. I learnt it was at reception when I was leaving.

Good Location, well equipt unit, friendly staff, roomy unit

The second bed could have had a bed light. the parallel car parks were sometimes difficult to access but not a major problem.

We felt the lock in the door was needing attention. We had to ask a staff member to help us unlock and take the key out. They were very helpful.

Great for a short stay

Contactless check in which worked perfectly as we arrived outside reception hours and left before they were open. Very clean and spacious. Good value for money. Very quiet.

The shower was disappointing as the pressure was very poor. The bathroom could do with a little updating but couldn't fault the cleaniness of the whole unit.
