Old building but it is convenient,comfotable and good value

They gave us a nice room that is away from the main street and it was easy for our small one to sleep. Cot was already in the room. It is an old building and it is on 4th floor, there is a small elevator but it is OK for an umbrella type stroller and two people. There are also 8-9 steps before elevator, so last exercise before the elevator. Breakfast is nice and quick enough. They even helped us for keeping the milk for our little one in the kitchen. We walked all Palermo city in the region near to Stadium from here, even did a day trip to sea side north, Cefalu, and Monreal by public transportation that it has good location for easier access to train and bus lines.

The room is OK and AC is working fine but even though everything working is fine bathroom would require an update/renewal on tap, shower etc. There is no toilet roll, there is single use paper that if it finishes in the middle of night, there is no possibility to refill it. Some towels were too old, but new ones looked clean and white enough.

Location, price and service were excellent.

The staff was lovely...very helpful and friendly. Loved the Hotel Concordia's proximity to Palermo Centrale.

good value stay in the city centre

excellent location 5 minutes from train and bus station if you’ve got the nerve to cross the roads in Palermo- (wait for a local to cross) Wifi good. Shower was fine. Breakfast ok. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff.

Good Value for Money

* friendly staff * good location near the center not far away from the central station * clean and spacious room If you're on a tight budget it's an excellent choice.

* poor wi-fi in our room * stone floor and quite cold * one key and no round the clock reception. This is no problem if you're together all the time.

Most kind hosts I have ever met. Everything we needed was provided. Great location. Breakfast: tasty, various options.

Very good

Room was spacious, nice views, staff was welcoming and friendly.

It was a bit cold, we used the air con to warm up. There were two twin beds united but they were moving often.

Good value for money with nice size rooms. A pleasant stay!

I love the building and the location. Breakfast we also very good.

Maybe the bathrooms need to be upgraded as they appear to be a little run down.

Excellent location, wonderful staff, a big room with a balcony and a marvelous view of the city.

A bit too noisy as close to a main street, but bearable with earplugs.

nice central location

centrally located 5mins walk from the station. on a busy street so our initial room although a decent size with a little balcony was noisy. after first night we moved into a small double at the back of the property which was quiet, and comfortable although a bit smaller than we would have liked. breakfast was usual continental fare, plenty of choice and good quality served 8.00 till 10.00 hotel is on forth floor but there is a a lift. bed comfortable, bathroom good. all in all a good choice. plenty of eating and drinking options close by.

Little complications upon arrival. However Dario had them sorted out by the morning. Staff very helpful and attentive especially at breakfast

the room was very clean, very well equipped. Big room, great bathroom, modern furniture. Near-5 minutes-to the railway station.

I was very angry! The room was another Building!! I knew nothing about it. The room belonged to a B&B, not to Concordia. And i didnt know who to pay.....and the Receptionists of Concordia also didnt know! I couldnt believe it. Since i had to catch the train in the morning, i paid for Concordia. So, if you book a room, be sure in which building! Apart from this, only one complain about the room: there is know view at all.
