Tutti i confort in un unico nome: Hostemplo

Sicuramente il confort di avere una cucina con ogni tipo di accessorio, addirittura panni per lavare le pentole, sapone e la pasticche per la lavastoglie, è una chicca che fa salire la qualità della struttura. Massima pulizia e personale gentile fanno da gradevole contorno a quella che è il vero surplus di questa struttura…la posizione. A 2 minuti dalla metro Sagrada Familia e dalla pensilina delfli autobus.

Farei davvero fatica a criticare qualcosa.

Great location with very helpful staff.

Reception was easy to get to and the staff were very helpful. The location was excellent and major attractions can be visited on foot. A very comfortable apartment overall. Even though it is in a busy location the noise level was very low. Lots of great places to eat within a short walk.

The bathroom is an odd triangular shape which makes it difficult to shower. Toilet roll holder not in an ideal place. A dusty smell was evident in the entry area of the apartment. Breakfast can be had at the hotel where reception takes place but it is relatively expensive compared to what is available locally.

Una buena opción para hospedarse en BCN

La ubicación es muy buena, se encuentra a 5 minutos caminando de la Sagrada Familia y por tanto, de la estación de metro del mismo nombre, es un barrio muy seguro, cerca de atracciones y restaurantes. Llegamos antes del check in, y nos guardaron nuestras maletas para poder salir a recorrer tranquilamente. La habitación contaba con todo lo necesario limpia y luminosa.

Ich wurde nicht, wie in meiner Buchungsbestätigung geschrieben, in der gebuchten Unterkunft untergebracht sondern in der Passatge de Bofill. Im Erdgeschoss. Die Fenster waren mit Sichtschutz bis auf eine gewisse Höhe verklebt. Hätte man gewollt hätte man dennoch schön reinschauen können. Die Gardinen blieben zu, damit genau das nicht passiert. Dadurch war es schön dunkel im Appartement und ich war den ganzen Tag draussen um Licht zu erhalten. Die Ausstattung ist sehr billig. Sehr hellhörig da es im Erdgeschoss liegt. Die Tür konnte man nicht abschliessen. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft hat auch nicht stattgefunden. Sie sind ausgebucht. Ich sollte mich jeden Tag melden obwohl sie das Problem verursacht haben. Am dritten Tag haben sie sich auf meine Frage gar nicht mehr gemeldet.

Really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!

Location, view of Sagrada Familia, clean and spacious apartment, workable kitchen, two balconies, overlooks intersection and school providing interesting people watching, helpful host and good housekeeping.

Apartment too plain; could use some decoration and pictures. Needs a coffee table and two nightstands, not just one. A luggage rack would be helpful. Needs light in the closet. Traffic noise with the doors open but quiet at night.

Area is perfect if you wanna be close the Sagrada Familia. Close to the metro as well. Was very easy to check in.

Very loud at times. Could hear the people in the other apartments moving around, felt like they were in the same room as me. Windows and doors didn’t seem to block out any noise from the street or other people in the building.

Great all around choice for our four night stay

Plenty of room for a family of four. Good dining choices within walking distance. Breakfast, although a short walk for our two bedroom apt, was perfect for a long day of sightseeing.

The shower was a bit small, but it was adequate enough for our stay.

Sewer line leakage in the suite from the appartment above

We booked a stay June 5-9 and were given apartment suite #31. On our fourth night of stay, June 8, the sewer pipes from the above apartment (#41) started dripping sewage on the floor. When we returned that evening from our city walk, the floor was covered in water. Moreover, the fuse box jas shut off so there was no lights nor AC. We requested the front desk to help us. They informed us they can only bring more towels to absorb the dripping water and did not offer to host us in another apartment. For the entire fourth night of our stay, we kept hearing the drip and had to periodically add more towels because the water kept dripping. The entire experience was very stressful. We felt helpless.

The property could have at least attempted to resolve the sewer leakage from the apartment above in a safe and comprehensive manner.

Exceptional

Beautiful, functional and big apartment. Perfect for a few nights, right in the middle of all of the attractions - we managed to walk everywhere. Lot's of shops, restaurants close-by. We were able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, really helpful receptionist! AC most useful!

Unfortunately, the doors let all of the noise from the halls through to the apartment as I could even hear as the neighbor was whistling in their room next door. Luckily, the neighbors were quiet so no issue.

Avoid at all cost

Where do I start? My stay was a nightmare, I've never seen such an unprofessional manager. First of all, the sink was blocked and smelled like a sewer. A maintenance person came and unblocked the sink, but the smell remained throughout my stay, and the manager told me that there was work going on in the street and that there was nothing he could do. Secondly, the breakfast, make sure that the products are fresh, the turkey had a bad smell, and a disgusting taste, when I sent a message to reception, I was told that the breakfast was well prepared, basically that I was a liar, this establishment will never question itself apparently. In the end, the manager admitted that the turkey was a bit limited. As I have a sensitive stomach, of course I was sick. I reported all these problems to Booking, the manager told me we'd refund you, you'd have to leave, as you weren't happy with our service. Leaving and having to find another hotel at the last minute when I had booked my accommodation well in advance was out of the question. I won't mention the mould in the shower, the photos speak for themselves. When it was time to leave and I asked for compensation, to be reimbursed for half of my reservation, of course the manager didn't want to know anything and told me that I had shown him a lack of respect, but this was in no way the case. I think the manager needs to take a customer service course, because this attitude is unacceptable. I wonder how this establishment can have so many good reviews. To be avoided at all costs ¿Por dónde empiezo? Mi estancia fue una pesadilla, nunca había visto un gerente tan poco profesional. En primer lugar, el fregadero estaba atascado y olía a cloaca. Vino una persona de mantenimiento a desatascar el fregadero, pero el olor permaneció durante toda mi estancia, y el gerente me dijo que había obras en la calle y que no podía hacer nada.

overpriced for the level of comfort.

location and cleanliness. well equipped and the elevator works well.

bathroom was so tiny there was no toilet paper holder. the only place to keep it was under the sink where it got soaked. no shower door or curtain so with each shower the floor was like a large puddle. the place is very noisy. while the windows and balcony doors keep out street noise you could hear neighbors walking and coughing. the apartment is not where the reception is so if you have a lot of luggage expect some hassle to cross streets and haul your stuff on cobble stones. no help was offered with our luggage.

Exceptional

Everything was excellent. Very convenient location, you can admire the Sagrada Familia every day even just heading to the metro station. The street is pretty busy, but the walls and windows have good noise isolation, so we slept great. The apartment has everything you need. A supermarket Consum is 2 blocks away. The small shops are much more expensive and nothing to choose from. Awesome place to explore Barcelona.

Perfect stay with good sleep

It's a very welcoming homestay, exactly the same as home away from home. After a tiring day of walking and traveling to a tourist spot, it is amazing to rest and chill at the house. We also spent quality gathering time at the cosy dining hall. Location is super convenient for Chinese food and different local food/snack/cafe/pastry and next to it is convenient store for daily shopping. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm with a well function heater/AC. Hot shower was just amazed during winter. Like it so much. The best thing to share is the manager came to my unit door personally to apologize because of some minor mistake, and we are given 3 days of free breakfast as compensation, they are very sincere about that..

I can't think of any, everything was just well set up and arranged.

location is great, short walk from tube station.

no service whatsoever, no change of towels in three days, no cleaning, heap of rubbish in the kitchen and bathroom. Pictures in Booking.com do not match with reality, no view from the room but next building wall, freezing room, old blankets and useless air conditioner, rude staff.

It is just like the picture. We had a balcony with view of the Sagrada Familia! Quiet location. The receptionist was very nice. Easy check in and out. Very good breakfast.

Beautiful view! Very clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen/bathroom. Regulated temperature in the whole apartment made our stay more enjoyable. Fast check-in and very kind staff!

The single beds were less comfortable.
