Часто приезжаем в ОАЭ. Много где были. Есть с чем сравнивать. Этот отель выбрали на 5 суток, так как нужно было ездить каждый день в Абу-даби (поездка на такси от отеля чуть более часа занимала). От центра Дубая далековато, но рядом есть метро (в Дубай часто пробки, особенно вечером). ПОНРАВИЛОСЬ ВСЁ! Очень красивый отель! Хотелось пожить в восточной сказке)) Ожидания оправдались! Завтраки чудесные (жаль, что не взяли ужины). Персонал отзывчивый, выполняет свою работу на отлично. Бассейн работает до 23ч - супер! На пляж не ездили, было не актуально. Немаловажно, что рядом ТЦ, приятно прогуляться и делать покупки, очень красивые интерьеры и доступные цены.

Well worth a visit

A lovely older Hotel, still very charming. Excellent staff, very kind and professional. Good breakfast something for everyone, also good Coffee. Pool good temperature, yes you can swim laps in this pool which was important for me, I didn't ask but 25m for sure. Ibn Battutta Mall across the road, it is a lovely Mall, worth a visit. Metro, and Buses close by 10 to 15min walk.

One annoying thing was that our room was apparently under the Gym open 24 hours. The people working with weights or dumbbells drop the weights to the floor making so much noise that it wakes you up at night time. I mentioned this, and was offered another room, but as we had ear plugs with us, and only a few more days to stay, we stayed put. Shower pressure good, but prone to sudden temperature change which is uncomfortable when the water is suddenly hot. Hand shower postion not adjustable, meaning you can't use it as a separate shower, because the shower holder only has one postion and that is straight ahead. Also for us the mattress on the bed was to soft, but no big problem.

خدمة صف السيارات ممتاز الاستقبال ممتاز - الموظفة باتريكا عربية الجنسية تعاملها راقي وسرعة اجراءات الدخول المدير عبدالله جباي (اعتقد هذا اسمه) وهو المشرف على خدمة الزبائن تعامله اكثر من راقي ويتعامل باحترافية مع النزلاء المطعم يوجد به طاقم عربي (طهاه) مغاربة قاري اسم مسؤول الطهاه وسوري الجنسية معلم المخبوزات محترفين بالطهي وتعامل اكثر من راقي. ويوجد شيف مغربي اسمراني اللون تعامله اكثر من راقي وماهر بالطبخ. (اعتذر عن عدم تذكر اسمه) رجل محترم وخدوم ويباشر بنفسه... تعشيتي في المطعم سي فود بوفيه ... طبخ احترافي وتعامل راقي مكان يصلح للعائلات وقريب من مول بن بطوطه يبعد دقيقيتن مشي على الاقدام تسجيل المغادرة المتاخر على حسب توفر الغرف وعلى حسب الطياران اد كان متاخر تعامل راقي واحترافي من الموظفين

بعض الاشياء التي لا تذكر ويتم تصحيحها على الفور من طاقم العمل

Very good hotel but need some update.

It was comfortable and clean. I booked some months ago so I got a good price.

We arrived late at night and had a very slow check in (around 30 min). The reception asked also the payment in the middle of the night. Dated furniture and need some updates.

Accountability for errors and a sense of urgency to provide solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Breakfast was very average. Also, reception cancelled our booking through Kris Flyer miles. Hence, we made a new booking through Booking.com. We ended up paying twice and still waiting for the refund two months later.

Sehr schönes Hotel, perfekte Anbindung an die Metro - Red Line -nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, Mall

Sehr schön waren das Zimmer und auch das Bad im Arabischen Stil - auch der Pool eingebettet gab eine schöne Atmosphäre ab. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als ausreichend, und international - also für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Perfekt war auch der kostenlose Shuttle zum Riva Beach Club - sollte man gemacht haben...Club liegt auf "der Palme"

- Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden - Das Hotel ist etwas Außerhalb von Dubai, Aber mit der Metro (Station etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) ist man schnell an der Marina oder kann bis zur Innenstadt ohne Umsteigen durchfahren

Location is good , next to the metro station and comfortable to commute via taxi as well

Concierge service was terrible in the last day of our stay . They wet offering us a car to go to the airport without any explanation on a price , talking Indian to align prices . They lied us that taxi services is not working due to the rain , but there was cars waiting , they just wanted to sale particular service . It’s completely unacceptable.

Oaks Ibn Battuta is located conveniently next to the IBN Battuta mall and only a step away from the Battuta metro. Very easy access to the Dubai Marina and all the attractions that Dubai can offer. We loved every minute at Oaks. Very peaceful place with great staff. I would like to thank Punit the room keeper, Mizan,Mark and Ismael the consierge desk for always being there for us at any time. The Riva beach access was also a great addition with free complimentary bus to take us and bring us back from the beach. I highly recommend Oaks IBN Battuta for your next holiday in Dubai.

Perfect place for a stay in Dubai

I used to stay at this hotel before it was taken over and was a bit worried about the quality I would find under new ownership but am happy to report that the place still holds the same standards & luxury as before

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral gegenüber ist eine riesengroße wunderschöne Mall, ich war schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es müsste wieder mal motiviert werden auch neue Bodenbeläge.

Helaas super slechte ervaring, ik raad deze hotel aan niemand aan. Er is geld gestolen uit mijn tas tijdens mijn verblijf. Super slechte managers, niemand is oplossingsgericht. Gereserveerd omdat ik dacht dat het aan de strand was, was ook niet zo hele tour de france om naar strand te gaan. Slechte medewerkers

Nice and beautiful

Room clean, nice breakfast ,nice gym , soliman Egyptian guy is good and flexible with us , near ibn battuta mall 200m , big reception and waiting area ,

Swimming poo kids very small and far from another big one , supervisor swimming pool not allowed child age 10-12 y to swim in the swimming pool without parents . Toilet in the room was small and in limit area . And there’s clear glass behind bathtub so can’t take shower bec no privacy.
