Schönes Schigebiet mit toller Hotelerie

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer

Vereiste Fußgängerwege , wenig Wanderwege für Gäste die nicht Schifahren, hätte mir kleine einfache skitourenwege vom Ort aus gewünscht

Tolles Hotel - leider nicht perfekt

Schönes stylische Hotel mit tollem Wellnessbereich und sehr einladend gestalteten Zimmer und Barbereich. Gutes Essen-teilweise in Buffetform. Leider kein 4-Sterne Superior

Aufgrund vieler Kleinigkeiten kein 4 Sterne Superior Im Wellnessbereich fehlen immer wieder Badetücher und saubere Gläser, dafür stapelt sich das schmutzige Geschirr. Die Wassertemperatur des Outdoorpools ist geringer als die des Indoorpools - daher ist es draußen nicht lange auszuhalten. Beim Essen waren immer wieder die Töpfe und Schüssel leer und es hat lange gedauert, bis endlich nachgefüllte wurde, wenn überhaupt nachgefüllte wurde (z.B. Suppe, Suppeneinlage, Salatdressing bzw -toppings usw) Am Nachbartisch wurde die Hauptspeise vor der Vorspeise gebracht. Bei uns war sowohl Suppe als auch Hauptspeise (Hirschbraten) nur noch lauwarm. Beim Frühstück haben wir 2 x Omlett und 2 x Katschbergbrot bestellt - die Omelett wurden sofort gebracht, auf die Brote wurde einfach vergessen. Nichts, worüber man im Urlaub nicht hinwegsehen könnte, jedoch sollte es bei 4 Sterne Superior nicht so gehäuft zu negativen Kleinigkeiten kommen.

Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal aber nicht zum Wellnessen geeignet!

Sehr schönes Hotel und sauber! Das Personal war SEHR freundlich und bemüht!

Leider bekamen wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer, wurden dann umquartiert. Der elektronische Kamin funktionierte nicht bzw gab es keine Fernbedienung dafür im Zimmer! Der Wellnessbereich war so klein, dass wir keine Liegen mehr erwischten! Unser Urlaub sollte ein Wellnessurlaun sein…

Exceptional

The staff was very kind, helpful We are vegans so the vegan food availability was important for us. This is why we had asked for full-board. There was very nice breakfast with great choices. We really loved the lunches, the vegan soups were great, those were our favorites. The dinners were also great, our favorite one was the vegan lasagna.

I did not like my pillows - I know that might be very personal. They were too small and with not enough filling for me. Not all vegan food was labelled in the restaurant - so we had to ask quite a lot. In the dawn around 3 there was some strong noise from outside - possible snow cleaning. It was repeated 2 days.

Very good

Central location, 50m to ski slopes, very nice and clean room, large and well-equipped wellness area, very good food, effective reception, easy parking.

Room for improvement: more frequent service in wellness area (wiping puddles of water, refilling tea maker, removing used cups), some waiters could be more attentive to guests (instead of chatting with cooks and checking their phones) and what about those drink prices - a bottle of common mineral water for 10 Euros?

It was good but...

Very nice rooms, friendly employees, wellness with saunda is very good, good breakfast.

Firstly, check in was at 15h, we're waiting for over 40min for a room(till 15.45 cca), everyone got a welcome drink except us (probably beacuse we were younger than others). Older lady who worked on 11/11/22 on reception wasn't very kind to us as expected. There was a cold room and bathrobe was still a little wet. Dinner was not that tasty and plentiful(after whole day of skiing).

Great vegan relaxing experience

Breakfast was great, with many options (vegan too). We loved the vegan options at every meal! The wellness area is large and well-kept. Our room was huge! The position is good for starting hiking activities in summer, in winter must be even better! I liked the design of most of the furniture and rooms.

Minor concern: it's strongly oriented towards a German-speaking client base, nonetheless they try their best to make you feel at home.

Nice hotel and very good place. Pleasent stuff. Menu was excellent, different, tasty.

The equipement was old, the room in the old part of the hotel was cold, less cosy.
