Le petit déjeuner était excellent et la personne qui y travaillait super efficace! De plus, nous voulons apporter une mention spéciale au service à la clientèle d’Amelie. Elle a été une hôte hors pair! Son aide à la réception que ce soit pour nous indiquer des endroits que nous cherchions ou réserver un taxi ou encore juste par sa gentillesse et son accueil avec le sourire font d’elle un atout pour votre entreprise! Bravo Amélie, nous nous souviendrons de notre séjour au Ibis Epernay grâce à toi!

Slechte prijs-kwaliteit en geen parking in de buurt.

Wij kozen dit hotel vooral omdat we de mogelijkheid hadden voor een 24-uurs receptie. Het ontbijt was oké, bedden waren ook oké. Je hebt handdoeken, douchegerief en een deftige douche.

Het personeel deed niet onvriendelijk, maar waren zeker ook niet het meest gastvriendelijk. Bedden waren ook zeer smal en de kamers klein. Wij verbleven met 2 in een tweepersoonskamer maar kregen toch maar één set handdoeken. Als je er extra wil, moet je deze vragen bij de receptie. Er is geen parking aan het hotel, enkel 3 parkeerplaatsen om te laden en lossen. De parkings in de buurt zijn op wandelafstand maar zijn wel duur en heel beperkt in plaatsen.

Très calme, Localisation de l'hôtel parfaite pour visiter la ville à pied, Chambre très propre, personnel très accueillant et disponible, Beaucoup de choix au niveau du petit-déjeuner, Parking gratuit du samedi 19h00 au lundi matin à proximité de l'hôtel, Je recommande vivement 🤗 J'y reviendrai sans hésiter !

Bra! Vi kommer tillbaka.

Frukosten var mycket bra, speciellt för att vara i Frankrike. Fräscht och gott!

Rummet var lite litet det drar ner betyget något. Det kunde finnas hjälp med plats och biljetter i det närliggande garaget. Inte lätt när man ej är så bra på franska.

Lovely stay, but no tea and coffee in the room

Great location and a friendly atmosphere with lovely staff. Good view of the square from the room

We expected tea and cooler making facilities on the room as standard, but these were not offered. The space around the bed and general circulation space in the room was limited.

Great location, lovely friendlyand helpful staff , great breakfast .Room clean and comforatable

Our room overlooked a lovely square with fountains and plants and flowers and pretty lights from the shops at night .A short walk to the restuarants and shops and Champagne avenue.

location and very good breakfast offerings. paid parking nearby. staff were not unpleasant but seemed uninterested in any interaction with guests. case of here's your key, you're on the 4th floor. had to ask about location and time of breakfast. when checking out notice in lift suggests, if you have already paid your bill, you can leave your key in the box below - saves the staff asking if we enjoyed our stay.

Dreadful - stay elsewhere

Fairly good location

A dreadful place, unfriendly staff, difficult to find with very difficult to locate parking. The hotel emailed to say they were undergoing building works but neglected to mention that we would be staying on the 5th floor where the works were taking place! The corridor our room was on was full of building materials with builders carrying paint trays and adhesive past us as we went to and from our room. The rooms directly opposite our room were all being worked on with power tools generating lots of noise and dust. The air in the corridor was full of dust - this was all totally unacceptable. The room itself was way to small for four people, the wardrobe for 4 was a joke. The air-conditioning only heated not cooled and the roof light only opened 3cms so it was impossible to ventilate and cool the room. The sofa bed was very old and extremely uncomfortable with a metal bar across the middle of the mattress under your back - my back ached for three days after our stay. The end of the room with the sofa bed had no lighting so was in murk after dark. The staff had utter disregard for their guests. Ibis should be ashamed of this property. Stay elsewhere.

Staff was very nice and location is very central.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. We stayed on top floor, only had a small window and it was not possible to open the window for fresh air.

Good value for the location but not as nice as their other hotels.

We love the Ibis group for their kid friendly hotels and have stayed in many on our trips to France in the past. Whilst this one was in a great location, it did not come up to the standard of others we have visited. It felt like an office building and the bar area felt very cold and unwelcoming with ceiling tiles missing above the bar area and bare wires hanging out.

The communal areas could have been a bit more welcoming.
