Pretty ordinary!

This place charges hotel rates for a service well below what most hotels provide. There was little that I liked

Excessive cost for service provided, extremely basic breakfast, pretty basic room - wasn't even a glass for water, you have to drive through town to get there & traffic's not good. It was a youth hostel & maybe that should have been a lot clearer in booking.com's listing.

Interesting building cheap stopover.

We were pleasantly surprised by this youth hostel accommodation. It is similar in standard to an IBIS budget. We stayed in an en-suite room for two but it could have accommodated four, which was basic but the room was large and comfortable. A self service continental breakfast was served in the first floor cafeteria. Snacks and some leisure facilities were available on the ground floor. The price included bedding. It should be noted that there is a small extra charge if you do not have a Youth Hostel card. Parking in the city centre is very challenging with very narrow streets. There is paid parking near this hotel at a theatre and some street parking in the nearby street. The city centre is easy on foot from here. The castle grounds are worth a visit but you will need your own transport as it is a very steep climb.

The room was big and comfortable.

There was way too much noise, most of the staff didn't speak English, the breakfast didn't had options and the amounts were not enough for the people living there.

The accommodation itself was ok, but the breakfast was quite poor, always the same choice and no vegetables. In that sense, I probably couldn't recommend this accommodation highly enough.

it was clean and staff helpful and accommodating. pretty basic accommodation and breakfast but it worked.

the price vs what you got was a bit high. otherwise no issues.

Exceptional

Nice apartment, clean, good location, excellent staff.

Next room was some technical room. We heard a bit noise from elevator or AC systems.

Perfect for family groups too!

The big space for the privat room, the nice place and patio for the common activities and the excellent place in the super nice old city! I like the the parking for the caf too.

No so much time in Jaen!

suitable for group bookings such as teams or family on a budget who want to room share .

Very Clean and nice location within easy walking distance from urban centre

Breakfast was included on Bokkings.com website but not available when arrived. Although rooms are very clean they lack small comforts such as proper wardrobe. Advertised as Spa facilities but all closed during our stay in January. If out of season don't advertise breakfast/spa on website.

Beautiful building, clean rooms in a charming but quiet part of town

Stunning building and it has lots of facilities but these were mostly mothballed because I visited out of season (December). Room was simple, clean and quiet. Just what I needed.

The area is full of tiny and charming streets but at least when I visited there was a lack of choice of bars and restaurants open (mid week visit, December).
