Lindo Pero es lo que intentan vende

La ubicación, se encuentra cerca de lugares turísticos y muy acogedor.

Parece publicidad engañosa, si crees que te quedas en esta hermosa casa no fue así y era una de las cosas que más ilusión me hacia. Al llegar te comentan tu habitación está en *otra área* que es dos calles más lejos y entrando por una calle pequeña que da la sensación de inseguridad ( parece que comparten habitaciones y/o áreas comunes con otros desarrollos de hotel) Luego de esto que ya de por sí me parece fatal, cuando incluyes el desayuno debes ir a OTRA ÁREA, es decir el hotel no posee comedor, tienes que cambiar dos calles más para lograr llegar a tu desayuno. Lo que sí es súper rescatable es que el lugar llamado Vang Goh es una delicia desde la atención hasta el lugar! Sin embargo el hotel dice A LA CARTA, cuando llegas a VG te presentan opciones limitadas por ser huésped del hotel ( esto entonces no es carta abierta) Ahora vamos al uso de la piscina; 30$ de depósito por tus toallas, no se me parece que en ningún hotel que haya ido me hayan dejado sin toalla por esta práctica del depósito . Así que lo reúnen es: - el lugar está lindo pero no es lo que promocionan - habitación en un lugar, si quieres desayunar 100 mts más, el lobby en otro lugar y tu habitación en otra, no es mi mejor experiencia, si son varias empresas o varios socios mantengan que son un complejo no intenten vender la Experiencia de esta foto portada y luego hacer como si todo está en un solo lugar.

Good mid-price option in central Willemstad

Lovely hotel, though some elements could do with a bit of an upgrade. Our air con stopped working for a while one of the days, and the room could have been kept cleaner. Otherwise lovely and well located

Die Rezeption war nicht ständig anwesend , oft gab es das Schild „ komme gleich wieder“. Auch die Sitzgelegenheit auf der Terrasse vor der Rezeption gab es nur bis 21 Uhr , wenig Möglichkeit nasse Wäsche aufzuhängen , um zu lüften/ trocknen

Gute zentrale Lage mit vielen Restaurants , Bars und Geschäften in der Nähe; modern eingerichtete Zimmer;

Room too dark. Didn’t feel secure. Doors locks didn’t feel secured. Room to the exterior of the building. Stairs to the bedrooms are too steep and dangerous.

Location. The Pietermaai district is a vibrant place and the hotel is conveniently located if you are looking for a bit of night life and want to know more about the history of Willemstad. Lots of nice restaurants around with live music. So if you are looking for quiet, this may not be your place . Friendly staff. One of the pools is like a tropical oasis. If you want to go to the beach, Avila beach hotel is a 10 minute walk but you would need to pay $35 to rent their chairs, umbrella and towel.

The room I got was completely different from the one in the pictures shown ( booked deluxe). So when I arrived I was not happy at all. The room was dark and had a weird smell. I couldn’t open the window shutters because it was in the hallway and so other clients would see us and we wouldn’t have privacy. Fortunately, the staff was really nice and let me saw a couple of rooms to choose from. I originally requested a very close access to the pool for my daughter. So you have to know that for some of these rooms, you will have to make a detour and walk out on the street to access the pool. I was eventually happy with the room I took. The only issue I could add was that the mattress was not a king size but two double twins next to each other so I could feel the gap at and the mattress was very firm and I could feel the coil spring. I guess I’m very much used to foam.

The location for this boutique style hotel is good. The pools are cute. there are restaurants on walking distance and life entertainment nearby

The room was very noisy, like the life music was in the room :( not great for a business stay, good for nightlife seekers. The bathroom is located upstairs, with no doors nor privacy. You can stink up the whole room :P

Great stay in Pietermaai,

Good location in Pietermaai. Great for local bars and restaurants and easy walk into centre town.

The only thing was a very musty smell in the bathroom. It was raining a lot when I was there so I think this likely contributed to it - but I found it overwhelmingly in the upstairs bathroom/shower area. Didn't have any issues in the downstairs bedroom!

Magnificant

I loved the whole area and history behind it. the rooms are beautiful, the pools are amazing. You’re in the busy area in the city, yet the hotel is peaceful. Also, the hotel is situated on architecturally beautiful area.

Depending where your room is, there might be too much noise from the restaurants and bars.

noisy and disappointing value for money

first we did not get the room we supposed to have, after changing, the new room was located between a restaurant Ginger on 1 side and a street with 2 restaurants on the other side… we finally got an « upgrade » for a third room but they were some works in a building just across (« fortunately », noise starting at 8h45. if you he asthma, avoid the place as all wall show signs of humidity. breakfast is not served in the hotel… impression that they are more thinking about their ROI and adding rooms and rooms than the clients comfort. used to book « boutique hotels », my expectations were higher…

Superb

The room was spacious, it had its own small living room, kitchenette, etc. It was cormftable and cozy. Breakfast was more than enough and delicious.

The bedroom is like a loft, the bathroom doesn't have a door, so it has no privacy. Some of the rooms where close to the street so we can hear the noise outside.

Location was perfect for site seeing, restaurants and bars, also close to bus stop to go further out. Friendly and helpful staff, spacious clean room. Breakfast was good and again friendly staff.

A sink downstairs where kettle and coffee maker were would have been more convenient.
