Schöner Ausblick und coole Lage

Freundliches Personal. Spa Bereich ist was schönes. Aber die Sauberkeit lässt viel zu wünschen übrig. Das hotel hat ein großes Potential. Sieht schön aus, perfekte Lage und die Zimmer sind groß und komfortabel. Nur der Serrvicegedanke soll noch weiter entwickelt werden.

Im Bad und auf dem Boden lagen schwarze haare von einer Vorbewohnerin des Zimmers. Wir haben wegen früher Abflug ein Lunchpaket bestellt, weil die frühstückzeiten zu spät für uns waren. Das war das schlimmste Essen , was man als Snack bekommen konnte. Trockenes Brot und faules Gemüse. Kein Getränk (ein o-saft Päckchen könnte man schon dazugeben). Fruchtjoghurt war gut gemeint, aber es gab kein Einweg-Besteck. Von so einem schönen hotel haben wir besseren Service erwartet.

Отель очень удачно расположен в самом центре города на левом берегу. Рядом в пешей доступности множество государственных учреждений, торговых центров, кафе, ресторанов и конечно же туристических мест, например, тот же Байтерек. Персонал приветливый, разрешили ранее заселение. Цена за номер со скидкой Booking очень приятная, учитывая район и класс отеля (хотя он уже немного опустился, о чем ниже) может поэтому цена и такая.. Завтрак довольно разнообразный, сытный. В номере есть все необходимые туалетные принадлежности, полотенца, халат.

Забронировал отель по старой памяти, так как размещал гостей в нем кажется 2016 или 2017 году. При заезде в этот раз, был немного разочарован. С тех пор отель значительно ухудшился. На этаже (5 этаж) в коридоре присутствует запах канализации. В номере, местами потертая, поцарапанная мебель, ковролин в дырках в месте где стоят стол и стулья, в ванной на местах оторванных различных крючков и прочего, просто зияющие на кафеле крепления и дырки. В номере было довольно холодно, но терпимо, хоть и стоял электрический обогреватель. Рядом с кроватью нет свободных розеток, если надо подключить на зарядку гаджет, то приходится отключать сзади тумбочки ночник и подключаться туда. Учитывая цену в 26000 тенге, то что только ночевал и расположение, все указанные минусы можно пережить. Но если с останавливаться с семьей и дороже, то лучше выбрать другое место. В целом лучше бы хозяева отеля вернули былой уровень и тогда останавливался бы с удовольствием даже по более дорогой цене.

Only good location, everything else is bad

Great location

No one speaks English in the concierge, had to active my room card twice a day, and every day! The internet is very weak, no central AC is working, and in such a very cold weather, this is a big issue!

Perfect stay

Perfect place to spend a couple of days in the center of the city. Breakfast was very good. Furniture is new. Good city view form the room. There are several good places to eat near the hotel.

Pleasant

I used to stay here a lot before the pandemic, I guess the hotel suffered the causes of the lock down so badly. Facility got old, service is still nice, but seems a bit lack of good management. I hope they will get through hard times and rebuild their reputation.

The rooms are spacious and clean; location is central if you need to work with government or scientific institutions located nearby; good access to restaurants.

At the time of check-in (noon) there was no water available. Few hours later there was no electricity, no WiFi, the bar and the restaurant in the hotel did not work and no clarification was provided even upon a request. This situation lasted till noon of the next day. Thus, no coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, nothing warm was available for breakfast. My plan to work during the day of my arrival on my computer and prepare the next day working meetings and presentations failed completely. The receptionists offered to charge my computer overnight - this was a very kind offer in that situation. However, I received no response to my questions whether I can expect any compensation for that inconveniences. I expected to be offered a full coverage of at least those extra costs which I paid above the services, which have been ordered and already paid with the booking, like the mobile internet which I had to pay on my own to stay connected with the client, a warm breakfast/coffee which I luckily found in a coffee shop nearby, etc. I received no response, no apologies, no offer. What is more: you cannot open a window in your room – the latches are broken and rusted.

the worst hotel I have ever been, without any doubts and emotions

Location was fine for the purpose of stay

Holes in the carpet, stinky bathroom, windows are locked and dirty, noisy ventilation, staff is not responsive and frankly saying lacks communication within their team. Breakfast is quite poor. Room 606
