Comfy, clean, great location

We stayed at the “VIP apartment” which is in the same courtyard as the hotel but not in the hotel itself. It was spacious, with all amenities and a nice bathroom with a shower and bath. Great location 50m from Potemkin steps, and 3min from Deribasivska, with many amazing rests and breakfast places etc (but far away from a beach so this is more for visitors who want to experience the centre and nightlife of the city). Apartment is clean. Very nice staff!

There is a bedroom with a large comfy bed and a living room with a pullout couch. The member of our group who slept on the couch complained that it was “like sleeping in a pit” 😁

Superb

Parking is available in the inner courtyard and has video surveillance. Breakfast served all day long and can be ordered in the room as well. The room includes all amenities, like ironing, microwave, etc.

Heating system wasn't able to warm up the suite enough after one night of working at full capacity.

very nice, but cold wind, in slovenia cost line is 10 deg.

very good breakfast, location for me the best, really all the best. and peacefull location near opera house and old center with unbelievable old bildings. odesa is very beautiful, *but just of this beauty people cant living*.

i just couldnt believe that i must pay for "minibar", but no problem, now i know, its ok. i dont have any bad comments.

Good place to stay in fantastic location

- Great location next to Potemkin steps - room and amenities were comfortable and clean - staff were nice and tried their best to help in all situation

- a bit overpriced for what you get (my room looked different from the pictures...) - breakfast was tasty but you're limited to very few selections from a large menu

The best hotel in ucraine is ekaterina hotel!

I like the fact that it was value for money Great breakfast beautiful comfortable room great staff who helped me a lot

The staff is perfect. Great receptionists very kind proffessional and very beautiful that you cant take your eyes off helped me very much to take many times uber from their telephone, printed me what i wnamted to print. Also in the bar kitchen alexamder the barman is great.
