Good for a place to sleep after late flight

Clean and tidy and spacious. Easy check-in arriving late. Really good location just 5 minutes from the train station. Good air con.

The pillows were very flat - in a room of 4, only 1 spare. The room was a bit battered too and showing its age. Very noisy when others entering their property as no sound proofing, as was the air con. No lock on bathroom door. Our key was left on the reception to pick up on arrival which isn’t the safest.

Convenient, clean and friendly hotel, very handy for the train station and the airport.

Super convenient little hotel at Pisa Centrale Railway Station, especially if you have an early flight from Pisa Airport. Very clean and safe in a slightly dodgy, lively area. It's a very short walk to the station to get the Pisa mover train to the airport, also close to bars, restaurants and the city centre.

The shared bathroom could do with a new window, and better water pressure for the shower.

Conveniently near the train station

This was a last-booking because our prior reservation cancelled our booking two days in advance. We were happy to find a place near the train station on short notice. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and quiet at night.

Good central location with big rooms

Central location with really nice sized rooms! Clean bedding and towels.

No reception for most of the day. I booked last minute and had to make some phonecalls to get in the building. I also had to check out without anyone being there to take the key.

Fine, short stay only

The hotel is next to the train station and many bus stop nearby so it is very convenient. Room is spacious but it is not as clean as I expected

There is no wifi for the room in the first floor but the receptionist said there’s nothing can be done about that. Bunk bed made super loud and terrible noise whenever I moved a little bit.

It's okay for 1 night stay, would go else where for anything longer

Very close to pisa central Station absolutely great when arriving by train. Great communication from the staff before check in via booking.com's messenger. Working air conditioning.

Room had some wall damage so cosmetically that took some points off. No hot water at the shower when we arrived around 9pm. Lots of street noise over night( garage trucks, scooters, people yelling on the street) I guess that's what it is being near the train station. So be warned.

Clean, spacious, central and air con!

We booked the cheapest thing available, to stay for one night, because my family and I were arriving late as our flight got in too late to pick up our hire car, so our expectations were pretty low but we were very pleasantly surprised. Spacious, clean and the room has air con!!!! Very central, friendly staff. Very accommodating with us arriving late, helping with taxi numbers. I'd even say it would have been adequate had we been staying for more nights. Highly recommended.

Very close from the Pisa train station. Bathroom/toilet were clean and in good condition/well-maintained, which is great.

Decent room but not well-lit. Maybe some more electrical outlets could have been better. Hoowever not a problem really.

Very basic hotel, very near the train station. It had a private bathroom and air conditioning.

Reception was only open for a few hours a day but they left a key out for us so we could get into our room.

Pisa was beautiful, but Hotel Milano was awful.

We felt unsafe. Not a very nice area. Noise all the time. Nothing is sound proof. 24 hour service of staff would be necessary. We would never go back to the hotel; and would absolutely not advice to anyone to go there. We know what we are talking about. We are used to travelling.

Area. Nothing is sound proof. You hear the noise of drunks and drug addicts out in the street in your room as if they were next to you. We really did not like that. The fact that during the night the reception is not staffed is incomprehensible in this kind of area.

The staff at reception couldnt have been any more helpful! 10/10 or more !!! Assan was such a pleasure, great recommendations and hints & tips about Pisa! He kept us safe too.

Clean fresh hotel. Great location and lovely staff

Check in was so easy. I arrived very late due to bus times but staff were so reliable and answered every question so quickly which made my stay easy and I felt extremely safe. The hotel was so clean and the bed was so comfy. The room and bed were huge. I will definitely be back when I return to Pisa. Great location
