Dias de nieve en un lugar encantador

Muy confortable. En días de mucha nieve, invitaba a quedarse a contemplarla y aprovechar la cafetería del lugar.

Sufrimos un corte de energía y, algo previsible en el sector, la falta de agua caliente una mañana.

Bonito lugar y ubicación. Por el precio esperaba un poco más..

Ubicación y comodidad

Servicios adicionales casi no existían, cortes de luz y un día que tuvimos que ducharnos con agua helada ya que no había agua caliente

La comodidad de la cama, los espacios comunes, que tuviera locales aledaños muy bonitos

Que el desayuno no fuese buffet (por la variedad) Yo como poquito y variado. Entonces me falto variedad mas que cantidad.

Um local encantador próximo as Termas de Chillán e ao centro de esqui Termas de Chillán

La bravas é um local muito charmoso e acolhedor, e servido de inúmeras comodidades entre as inúmeras opções de reaturantes, onde você pode se alimentar ou simplesmente sentar e tomar um bom vinho enquanto aprecia a belissima paisagem ao redor

o café da manha servido no bar/restaurante ao lado da pousada possui um café da manhã restrito e sem variedade de alimentos e que é servido pela garçonete uma única vez. De qq forma o suficiente para se manter alimentado

lovely stay

Surrounded by good places to eat. Great shower and the WIFI was excellent. Breakfast was included which was also a bonus.

It’s would be nice to have access to somewhere to make coffee but other than that. everything was great.

Very nice place with welcoming and friendly staff. We got a very nice and delicious breakfast with completely drink at the bar for the night before.

Our room over viewed the bars balcony and there was some music from the bar across the street. Not much of the nature atmosphere we hoped for

Great place to stay in the heart of Las Trancas. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

This place is the unofficial center of Las Trancas. Great value. The breakfast is in the same burger bar that you end up spending most of the time, and that´s a good thing.

The room is clean and overall a great value. Not big, not luxurious.

Good deal, bad breakfast.

Clean room next to a restaurant, nice little shops and a ski rental. They give a discount in the ski shop (only 10 000 CLP to rent skis for a day!). Friendly staff.

The breakfast was served next door at the restaurant. The breakfast was not good at all: unfriendly and bad service. Every they we got the exact same food: eggs + 2 toasts, the same pieces of fruit and coffee/ tea. When they didn’t have any more of the cheap bad coffee, you had to pay for a ‘good’ coffee. Unacceptable.

Great overnight stop.

We had a fantastic welcome, the whole complex was perfect. We had a lovely welcome drink in the bar and a great evening meal in the restaurant. Definitely one we would return to.

We were up in the morning for our breakfast but there was no one around we left at 8.40 and still no sign of the breakfast venue?? Make sure when you check in you get information on the breakfast and how it works!
