Great indoor relaxation!

The pool and the wellness area are fantastic, the view is incredible. Really exceeded our expectations! Definitely a really good choice to stay and relax if you're visiting Opatija.

Nice hotel, lovely breakfast, annoying live music till midnight, don't pay for a sea view balcony!!!

Nice breakfast, clean room, airconditioning was proper

we paid for a balcony with sea view but never mentioned that there will be live music every(!) evening at the terrace till 11pm-midnight!!!, which was so loud that we could hear it with closed windows in the bed. We couldn't enjoy any evening on our own paid(!) balcony because we could not even talk because of the loud live music. They never mentioned in advance so we spent that extra money for balcony to ruin our own stay.

Be patient at reception and with all personnel. Pool is nice and is close to the sea!

Good location, we had the room with balcony and sea view - worth the money, Excellent breakfast, Parking available at 20e/day.

We stay in the 3* side - access was a bit complicated with all the luggages, some parts of the plaster in the hotel was loose. We had some issues with a twin room - lady on reception was miss informed ( I hope) that the room was twin but , in fact it had only 1 bed … finally was solved but not had to go 3 times at 5th floor to make pictures because she was : “ the room is fine, it is twin!”…

Great place for summer holidays, great beach and infinite pool.

I like Breakfast, it was incredible and also all the places with a pool, inside and outside, were super cool!! The beach access is a nice spot too!

I didn't like the check out moment, it was annoying!

the view, location, breakfast, pools and wellness - absolutely amazing. friendly, kind and efficient staff. can’t wait to come back!

the prices of drinks suddenly increased when the weekend came. the hotel bar was regularly unstaffed. outdoor pool states it has a restaurant and a bar, but both was closed. it would be useful to state this kind of information on the website so that people know what to expect i.e what amenities are actually available and when. if you drive into the garage you’ll get charged parking for your whole stay, even if you no longer want to pay for the parking, for example because you return the rental car. the little things like that felt like a rip-off

good value for money, the breakfast really made it worth it

superb breakfast, amazing views from the balcony and the wellness area

compared to the 4-star accommodation which is a part of the same hotel, the rooms are quite small and the hallway carpet, walls in rooms and balconies seem to need a bit if refreshing.

Good food. Nice location.

Bathroom had molded black stains on the floor in the shower! For 130€/night they should not have this kind of a fail.

Hotel is at excellent location , staff hospitable and helpful.

During our stay on the 6th floor we have experienced some water noise during night,it was probably problem with the pipes, it sounded like someone was flashing the toilet all night long. Also it would be great to have reception number listed in the rooms. Shower drain was blocked so all bathroom was flooding during showering. In general, everything else was fine, food was great and staff was helpful.

Very narrow room, almost no place for clothes, luggage, no hanger for jackets/coats (it is no problem in summer time but in other seasons it is very uncomfortable), not enough hanger for towels

I feel I should be compensated for not having a wash handbasin for two whole days

Freezing outdoor pool🥶🥶 The room was tiny. My wash hand basin was blocked 2 days (Monday morning till late Tuesday night). Despite 7 times telling various people at reception it took 2 days to sort - very bad service. Room 563. I had to go next door to my friends room to wash my teeth/hands. It was a pain. also yesterday my shower was totally cold. I also said this to reception but the girl did not seem the slightest bit worried as we were leaving. prior to arriving, I asked the hotel do they provide kettles/irons in room and they said they did not . I brought my own which was a huge inconvenience. Second hotel in my life that they did not provide kettles
