Comfortable stay

Nice ambient. Got parking facility and safe too. Like the comfortable room. And staffs also always there to help

Breakfast buffet can improve in terms of menu. Daily nasi lemak is not that appetizing

Ixora Hotel is a good stay for family and friends and very strategy location.

I had booked room for 3 and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast selection was good except for the pastries were dry.

Nice hotel but need to be more efficient

The room is big enough… 👍🏻👍🏻

I booked 2 same type of rooms but everything provided in the room are different.. no face towel / bath mats.. Once requested, they send all the thing you want.. 😇

Ixora deserves credit for placing priority on guests interests. KEEP IT UP!!!

Room- clean and comfortable Breakfast- although food is sufficient, can have a few more varieties. Just before I checked out at 12.30pm, 2 men came to fumigate the bathroom. The hotel looks seriously and takes action about the complaints of some guests who complained about cockroaches and smell. I nearly wanted to change my booking to another hotel when I read the unpleasant reviews but now after staying I can prove them wrong.

The walls of the shower cubicle need more scrubbing of the tile grids.

During check-in, the receptionist was not really helpful whenever we asked questions about extension and so on, his answer was always along the lines of "you need to check with the receptionist during the day of your check out".

Bad experience with hotel facilities and staff....

Hotel is old not good in maintenance... 1st, long queue during check-in, I was queued for almost 45mins and was told counter printer not working. The whole check in process took me for 1 hour... 1st in my life in hotel check-in experience. 2nd, Ballroom event with booth exhibition and can't even provide bottle mineral water to guest even is room guest! Request guest to get water from the room. Wtf... Worse hotel services ever and staff not friendly and helpful... Air-conditioner at outside ballroom area are either faulty and no turn on... think twice when need to rent the ballroom for event.

Location - great. Breakfast - great lots of varieties. Price - since last minute, fair price. Staff - OK Ambience was good.

Everything was good except for the pillow -too soft and almost like folding bed sheet. The water pressure for the shower also too slow. Room cleanliness - i might say fair because our sofa got large patch of stain. Since we choose smoking floor - the smells well need to put scent diffuser.
