Acceptable, but this Hotel is overrated.

Good location, Komtar and Mall just some minutes to walk, also many points of interest in Georgetown the bed is good, you can sleep well, not noisy

The whole Hotel is a bit dark. Service at reception, rooftop bar and restaurant depends on the person on duty. They dont have a buffet for breakfast, one morning i got no breakfast, so i left after 25 minutes. No apologizes. Bathroom is small, and the light is too dark. For people above 1.8m it is not comfortable on the toilet. The water pressure of the shower and the toilet flush is low. One of 3 days I missed room service. The bed dont fit for persons above 1.8m. All in all ok, but with 9 on the scale overrated. 7.5 would do

Overall it was a great experience. Would love to go back there again.

Location and staff. This is a very decent nice hotel. We stayed for 3 nights. Parking is available most of the time and we were able to park our car easily. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. You get to pick and order your breakfast the day before. There are good selections for everyone. Faisal prepared and served nice breakfasts where you can eat at the roof top with nice view. Faisal was great offering to being our breakfast to our room when it was raining.

Schone kamer op centrale ligging

Centrale ligging, schone kamer, leuke skybar.

We sliepen boven een afzuigsysteem. ‘s Nachts was dit minder maar wel aanwezig. Midden in de stad is dit misschien ook moeilijk te voorkomen.

Excellent

Room is small but nice. Bathroom is clean too. I do not know about sound proof things because my son enjoying his time in bathroom so much. Location is good too, nearby to many attractions and food restaurants, by just walking. They also take extra customer service action by have an umbrella in the room so it can be used by guest when going outside.

Only two parking lot available in front of the hotel, but this has been informed early by the hotel's staff (parking at that area is a usual issues in Georgetown, Penang). I'm ok with it.

Dream like feeling

Signature hotel, you feel like in a dream, lot of attention to details, you feel a luxury and concierge touch ...... And great location, close to the main street food and street art hubs. xxxxxxxxxxxx

* comfortable and quiet stay, good location and nice Jacuzzi!

* check in was smooth, could pay by credit card, and the reception spoke very good English * there was a Jacuzzi on the roof which was free to use and gave you a nice view of the city * the location was close to the main tourist attractions * bed is huge and bathroom design is very nice * room was very quiet

* rooftop bar and gym were closed at the time we were there * our room was in the first floor so there wasn't a good view

Room was very clean and comfortable. Good value for money. The location was walking distance to Komtar, Pragin Mall, Hameediyah, Chowrasta and other attraction places in Georgetown.

The cleanliness, the scent in the hotel was welcoming, the staff were friendly and helpful. Generally it was ambient with great design touches! Thank you for a wonderful stay!💜

The hotel restaurant being closed during Chinese new year😔 We appreciate they had to be closed during this time however we were looking forward to this amazing restaurant. ...next we'll make sure to travel when the hotel restaurant is open⭐ thanks again for a memorable experience at your boutique hotel!💜

A perfect stay for 1st timers to Penang City!

From friendly Front Office to Housekeeping staff, customer care was excellent through-out. The complimentary cold refreshing drink in the lobby was a daily delight, especially after hot sticky days of walkabouts! Location was excellent in every ways; from yummy dims outlets just around the corner, other local eats in between and, to the Komtar Bus Terminal. Our room was quiet, great view of the rooftops of George Town heritage shoplifts, and was just perfect for the New Year's Eve fireworks! Room amenities were ample, housekeeping was almost faultless, room space was just right and the air-conditioning was perfect! Overall, a lovely hotel that has checked off all needs for a memorable 1st time visit to Penang. Well done!
