Out standing holiday destination

The De Ville apartment that we stayed in was excellent it had outstanding view of the whole of the Gold Coast . The layout of the apartment was first class & all the faculties That you could possible were available. Also in walking distant of of Surf Beach. Clubs & Restaurants

Disappointing

The view was lovely

The apartment had been stripped of virtually everything and given the size felt empty and uninviting. Photos on booking.com does not reflect the true look of the property.

Fantastic views, good price but needs maintenance and replacements to unit 100.

The views are fantastic and almost 270 degrees of beach and mountains. Pool was heated and clean beautifully renovated facilities. Enjoyed our tennis and beach across the road.

The shower head in the ensuite bathroom would not sit upright above my head and body. The dishwasher was partly broken. The TV was poor quality and difficult to use with no tips or instructions. This was an unrenovated unit but also poorly maintained. The spa was heated but didn't work as a spa - no bubbles - again no signage.

A little gem

The views were perfect, you could see out to the Mariner bout also the ocean. So much going on to watch I could have sat there for hours. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment, it was huge, so much space and views from every room. Nice and clean and tidy. The pool area was perfect as well, very zen little creeks. We didn't use the barbecue area but we could see other families using it, very well set up. It's more like an outdoor kitchen.

I seriously can't think of anything, of course the bathrooms aren't modern but we didn't pay for modern. What we paid for and what we got was perfect.

The location was amazing, great walking paths, and across from the patrol beach, great coffee shop

The unit was very neat and clean, and there was plenty of equipment needed for our stay.

The Pool was out of use as the tiles were needed to be fixed. I paid for a Superior Room with a water view, we had a unit on the 2nd floor at the back of the complex. There were other units having renovations completed so that means most of the time there was only left working. No aircon in the bedroom but new one in the living area I understand that each unit is owned by other people but if a booking comes in with request maybe they are better off Not accepting the booking than taking the booking, and people booking somewhere else.

Tösehr gepflegt Anlage ind einer tollen Lage mit schönen Ausblick

Größe und Lage waren toll. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ruhezeiten und nähe zum Strand waren optimal. Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Können wir gerne weiter empfehlen. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden.

Pool war leider gesperrt.

Amazing property, friendly staff, beautiful ocean views overall a wonderful holiday

The apartment was spacious & comfortable for our family if 5. It was clean & the location was perfect, right across the road from the beach, cafe & bistro. The pool & spa area was gorgeous, well equipped with bbq, seating area where we hosted a family bbq. But the best feature by far was the view, absolutely stunning! We watched the sun rise over the ocean right from our living room.

The tv didn’t work in the bedroom but this was not a huge issue.

Spacious, modern and comfortable furniture but floors inside and out aren’t clean.

Great location and very spacious with nice furniture.

The back patio was unswept, very dirty and cigarette butts scattered around the floor. We had to ask for a broom to sweep outside. It was windy but this is more than just wind, it hasn’t been touched. My 1 year old daughter was crawling on the floor and after about 30 mins the tops of her feet that were dragging over the floor were pitch black. The floor mustn’t have been mopped.

Incredible space with unbeatable views; homely feel with the ability to live like one would at home.

The views were exceptional; the location was also favourable. So much space being in an apartment with many facilities available.

The beds were not as comfortable as I would of liked - just need updating/replacing as there were definite sag spots.

Amazing location

Amazing location. Free secured parking. Straightforward check in and check out procedures. Good views and facilities. Black-out blinds.

Great space, view and location. Kitchen, living and dining were great.

Master suite could be great with an update. Master room was not very inviting or comfortable to relax in. Could use at least a queen size bed, some art on the wall, aircon, or a headboard etc. to make it feel a bit more comfortable. Balcony outside master was a little messy. Kept half of the curtains closed to block it.

3 bed apartment is huge and kitchen is extremely well equipped. pool area is beautiful.

coffee machine in apartment 3 wasn’t working which staff knew about but failed to tell us. Reception is not open Sunday or half of Sat.

highly recommended

apartment was the biggest we have lived in so far. views were fantastic. spacious kitchen and very good toilet/bath facilities. staff was very helpful.

car parking doesn’t suit cars more than 1.95m high. we had to park on street. not a big problem though as there is a lot of free parking right outside the apartment.

nice location, but customer service could be better

location was great and nice sized unit and decor

when u arrived (after office hours) we got our keys etc, went to the car park but couldn’t find a park…. even though we booked an apartment with parking (we wouldn’t ever book one without parking). there was a handwritten note on our keys envelope something about free street parking ?. we called the phone number to enquire, but seemed to get a call Centre and they didn’t really know what to do. so we parked outside that night (in a big storm, getting our luggage upstairs in the outdoors) - the next morning we went to reception to ask about our car park to be advised that the owners of our unit were in town and using our car park, so we would have to park outside for our stay! so rude of the owners. we paid (them!) for a unit with undercover parking. the reception seemed to have very limited hours and were not really that friendly. the lifts were very slow.
