Comfortable stay with easy access and good location

Excellent location and the room was spacious as well as kitchen facilities were great. Included a washing machine. Delwar Hoosen and his colleagues were great

Truly enjoyed my stay. Value for the money was great

-Location was great -Rooms very spacious and nicely decorated -The artwork was elegant -color scheme of the suite was very nice The windows however were small and did not allow a good view to the haram.

الخدمة سيئة جداً ولا يوجد خدمة غسيل الملابس ولا خدمة طعام وعند مغادرتنا انتظرنا وقت طويل لارسال موظف لحمل الحقائب ولم يأتي مما اضطرنا لحمل حقائبنا بنفسنا حتى الموظفين غير متعاونين والمصاعد مزدحمة جداً ننتظر وقت طويل حتى تصل

Extremely slow service and bad attitude of staff makes it worse specially if you are there for Umrah and not leisure. Va

Only the location. The only advantage is that it’s right in front of Masjid e Nabvi gate

They are super slow. No one responds if you need anything m. For little things you have to wait for hours. There is no laundry and washing machine wasn’t working after following up for two days a person came 1 hour before the check out. Despite telling them about umrah and all no one came. No one helped with luggage. Either they are under staffed or the staff doesn’t care about the guests.

Worst experience ever. Worst Customer service.

The Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Rest everything is miserable and the worst you can expect. The customer service is atrocious. They are not doing business, its only Greedy money making (Making a property once and for all and just take advantage of the location and make money without caring about everything else).

Eevrything. Worst stay ever in Madinah. I dont even know where to start. From customer service to cleanliness, to the room size to the dirty and leaking bathrooms, everything bad imaginable.

the worst place to stay in Medina ever

just the location

everything except location. what you see online is that what youre given. i actually went in person to check the hotel prior to booking and they showed me a close to a 5 star suite. upon check in we were given a barely 2 star room. ive got photos to proof it. no proper access to toilet seat for real. my niece slept in the haram coz of how dirty it was. we were ripped off. booking.com wasnt much help either. ILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
