A good stay, value for money, very accommodating staff.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, however the bathrooms were quite tight because of the bath, and water messes out onto The floor because the bath screen isn’t big enough. The lighting in The room was very dim so it was quite inconvenient.staff were excellent, cleaning service was good, and they provided enough shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion and shower gel on usually basis. The fridge doesn’t get cold. It just kept drinks cool.

The bathroom screen was too small so the floor always got wet. A shower would be more practical than a bath. The lighting in the room we had was very poor, too dim to be able to work or read. It would be good if the hotel could provide bathroom scales, even if they keep It at housekeeping to help guests

Gros petit déjeuner varié. Ménage et passage régulier des hommes de chambre. Propreté et bonne odeur d'encens dans l'hôtel. La proximité avec le haram (400m 5min à pied), commerçants et restaurants.

short stay in Madinah near Prophets Mosque

the hotels location was good , within the first ring road in close walking proximity to the Prophet's Mosque. The room was large and comfortable with all the amenities . housekeeping did a splendid job of keeping the room clean, tidy and replenished daily. the suhoor/breakfast in the restaurant had a variety of food dishes and was well stocked .

the check in procedure was long and exhausting. even after a long-wait, the room i booked was not ready . the receptionist was rude and not able to understand english well. After requesting to speak to the manager mr. Shahabudeen he managed to solve it for me. the bed and pillows was too firm and not comfortable although we had dinner included the hotel offered us Suhoor /breakfast the elevators were overwhelmed by the amount of people and there was a long wait to ride them.

شخصيا لا انصح بالفندق وخاصة مع وجود خيارات كثيرة مشابهة من حوله بنفس السعر لم يهمهم ٥ نجوم

اعجبني موقع الفندق فقط وقربه من المسجد النبوي الشريف

١- موظف الاستقبال حتى كلمة اهلا وسهلا لم يقل وكان استقباله جاف جدا ٢- اصوات الانذار في البهو لم تتركنا ننام الليل اما هي اصوات الحمولة الزادة للمصاعد او اصوات انذار اختبار الحريق ٣- عند محاولة الاتصال في ادارة الفندق او الاستقبال لايقاف الاصوات المزعجة لا احد يجيب على اي اتصال او اي رقم من الارقام الموجودة على الهاتف

Excellent location just 2 mins walk to haram. Good customer service- My room had sink issue and it was attended immediately I was allowed late checkout.
