Still the best hotel in Kowloon.

Luxurious yet cosy with an attentive, warm, accommodating, & efficient staff at a great location. The Pen HK has always been a favourite.

素敵な休日を過ごすことができました。

朝食も美味しかったですし、ロケーションはハーバービューだったので香港島の景色が見えてサイコーでした。また、各種コントロールスイッチが最新式でとても使いやすかったです。是非、次に行くときも泊まりたいですね。

トイレにウォシュレットがあればいいと思った。

Ein 5*+Hotel wie es diese nur noch selten gibt !

Glanzvolles makelloses Hotel mit Atmosphäre Gemütliche Bar auf der 1 Etage , die Bar auf der 28 Etage könnte Gemütlicher gestsltet sein .

Frühstück kein liebevoller Obstsalat, kein dunkles Brot Oder Schwarzbrot, merkwürdig die Butter wird immer gebracht , bei den Spiegeleiern anstehen, keine Deutsche Karte . Die Zeit der adretten Kleidung ist leider bei den Gästen auch vorbei ! Das Personal allerdings Perfekt!

I had a great time staying there, that's all because of this 1 staff, Ms.Joy Lai, she was a great help and very friendly and really do extra miles to ensure me and family have a great time at the hotel. Really appreciate the hospitality. Thank you Peninsula team!

非日常的な滞在。

２泊の滞在でしたが，本当にゆっくり快適に過ごすことができました。時間に余裕があったので，ホテル内の施設を充分に活用させて頂きました。どちらへ伺ってもスマートな対応でこちらが気持ち過ごせる配慮がなされていました。立地がよいので観光に便利ですが，レストランで美味しい飲茶を楽しんだりプールで泳いでリラックスしたりとこのホテルならでの楽しみを充分に味わうことができました。出発する日の朝食をロビーで頂きましたが，昼間とは違って静かで「古き良き時代・・・」のような雰囲気たはこのようなものかな？などと思ってしまう一時でした。

Amazing and will be back for sure 🙌🏼

The property’s location was really great with the new K11 shopping centre being built right across the road. Furthermore, the staff’s etiquette as well as training goes above and beyond.

Because the hotel is world famous and many well known brands in the lobby, you often find groups of tourists in the lobby making it feel a little overcrowded. However, if you look past that the hotel is 100%.

The Peninsula is such a gorgeous hotel. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. Our room was stunning and beds...well let’s just say I’ve never slept so well in my life. Exceptional beds and bedding. I was there to celebrate my birthday with my daughter and the hotel were fabulous and even brought up a beautiful cake and card. Outstanding! We Hope to visit again for our next holiday.

my first time stay in Peninsula hotel I give a thumb up

double glass window make the room quite feel warm because of good ceiling height high definition of the TV very good sea view very pretty of the marble stone or granite

it is a great place to stay if you have a lot of budget.

The breakfast was wonderful. the waiters and waitress are polite and professional. the room was very quiet though facing to the street. hot water comes immediately when open it.

The best staff in Hong Kong settle you into the worst beds.

We’ve stayed at every major hotel in Hong Kong, and The Peninsula has the best staff in the entire city!

The ‘King-sized Bed’ was two Twin Beds pushed together, and we could feel the crease between them. This is meant to be a 5 STAR Hotel, so we felt this was shocking. Sure, the rooms are small for the price, because it’s a comparatively ‘ancient’ hotel, but the bed situation felt like an unforgivable sin. Also, the breakfast orange juice was clearly made from disgusting concentrate, and the meal was set, rather than buffet or á la carte, without many exciting options.

Very good

The staff were kind and upgraded our room for maximum comfort. (Proof of excellent hotel management.) The dinner buffet was excellent, especially the tender ox tongue...(drooling) Thank you for preparing the mother's day cake for us! Had bath robes and cute slippers for kids.

The swimming pool was too cold, suggest to improve the heating system. The virus restriction was over but the sauna and SPA facilities was still closed. No breakfast buffet during our stay, even after virus restrictions were lifted. Facilities in the bathroom and SPA area were too old, suggest to invest in improvements. The hotel needs to provide more entertainment for children. (There was not much children could do in the hotel) Sadly the Peninsula umbrellas were sold out.
