Las pantallas de TV están viejísimas, algunos drenajes no funcionan adecuadamente, los Muebles se están desbaratando, hay que invertir en el negocio.

Que el aire ya era viejo y hacía mucho ruido y había humedad infinita en la habitación y algo descuidadas de mantenimiento

La cama muy cómoda y la ubicación realmente buena

Las instalaciones ya estan muy desgastadas y viejas, las cortinas realmente dobladas y ya con marcas de mancha por lo viejas que son.

Que los desayunos por lo general solo son dos platillos y siempre lo mismo.havian de cambiar igual que no deje de se desayuno continental pero que tenga variedad.

Overpriced for what it was.

Easy to find with excellent parking. Breakfast was fine.

Ice machine broken. Leftover food in the dresser drawer. No glasses in room.

maintenance person was very nice and helpful! only one nice person there.

well. 1. building has mold and sell like mold everywhere. I stayed at many places in Mexico and some places that not even on google or anywhere online 100 times better then this place. I would not pay even $25 dollars a night. 2. we had to change room due to the lack of hot water. during this process, and only when I brought up that we have no hot water (1 day I didn’t even say anything about the water issues, due to the conditions of the hotel I thought hot water doesn’t exist there). so during the water issue they switched the room but maintenance person said come to the reception there is some issues. turns out when I checked in they miscounted and charged me less then supposed to charge me. it was less $100 pesos (5 dollars more less). so for 5 dollars they had me go all upfront pay (no receipt by the way) and then I was able to charge the room so we finally at least had hot water. over all (other then maintenance guy, he was great) I would rate this place at -1 of 100. there is another hotel down the road 5-10 min away. I definitely recommend to go stay there or anywhere else. save yourself time and get what you pay for. this place absolutely the worst that I had ever stayed. and I’m very frequent traveler.

Good

Little gym with 4 machines and different weights. Perfect for morning 30 min cardio. The space has AC, hand sanitizer and cold drinking water. Bed was comfortable and it was generally dark and quiet here. Perfect for a good night sleep. Stuff was very nice.

Bad breakfast. They were running out of food multiple times in 1 h this morning. They only had chilaqillas by the way. Lady serving it was also gone all the time. Didn’t even worth to come, really.
