Óptimo para descansar 🌻

No probamos desayunos, de hecho ningún alimento.

No vimos la alberca. Faltó información de los servicios. Sugiero un dispensador con agua fresca con rodajas de naranja o limón, además de café en la recepción para los huéspedes que llegan o los que están por salir. Sería un buen detalle. También sugiero información escrita en las habitaciones sobre servicios del hotel, alberca, tv... etc

I stayed nearly a week and it was amazing the whole time and comfortable.

Would stay here again but would bring a bed padding

The restaurant in the hotel was amazing. The staff that were there everyday went above and beyond to make up feed welcomed. They even took the time to remember my daughters name!!!

The beds we so hard! Literally felt like sleeping on the floor

rude unprofessional front desk staff girls have no manners you don’t feel welcomed whern entering I think girls that cle

staff on front desk was rude the girls would gather together and giggled made it look that they would laugh at you there was a girl with green eyes I think she had the Night Shift she was very rude and there was a dark skin thin girl that would make you feel uncomfortable when I would walk in the hotel she apoyo stare at me like if I was going too steal something.. I would never stay there again with those girls at front desk

The stay was excellent. Hot Tub was a nice. Food was perfect. Highly recommend.

The food provided there was excellent. King size bed was super comfy. Hot tub was awesome. Super clean. And staff was very attentive.

When food was brought to us, seen a bunch of loose hairs on serving tray and some on utensils.
