Week end a Genova

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Struttura piccola, accogliente e con tutti i servizi che possono servire per una notte. Colazione ottima e varia. Letti comodi, abbiamo riposato molto bene. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Al check-in non siamo stati accompagnati alla camera ed abbiamo vagato un po' per lo stabile prima di capire dov'era la stanza, tutto senza assistenza da parte dello staff.

Personnels agréables et disponibles.

La literie très vielle et dure comme de la pierre. La salle de bain très vielle avec des marches de partout, pas de pression à la douche ,nous étions chambre 504. L'ascenseur des années 1940 et très vétuste. Le parking j'ai du me garer à 400 de l'hôtel dans une petite cour. Le lendemain m'a voiture était bloquée par un fourgon et j'ai dû attendre que le personnel de l'hôtel retire ce véhicule.

Newly refurbished tourist hotel for city sightseeing and stop over after ferry crossing

Well located tourist hotel, just recently newly refurbished rooms, corridors and breakfast room. Looks very decent now. Private and guarded private parking. Due to late arrival of our ferry from Sicily, we informed the hotel about our late check in, which was no issue. Friendly night receptionist waited for us and arranged for a fast and smooth checkin.

Be in time for breakfast, close to 10:00 limited offer.

Very nice stay for a decent price

Staff, bathroom, size of the room and the fact that you can park on the street and is cheaper

Breakfast is very basic - coffee, croissant and some ham/cheese

Clean place with good price and easy access to best spots

Very nice, helpful staff. New refurbished dining area, very nice, fresh breakfast. Rooms are not newest with high standard but are clean. Big plus for air conditioning- we wouldn’t survive heatwave without that. Great location, very close to beach and accessible within public transport for best city spots.

We got a totally new room with a nice bathroom and a very compfy bed. In a, 3* hotel it is very good. The breakfast was very good, nice focicca cheese and ham and also good cafe. The location is also very good.

Very good

Friendly staff, modern & clean room and nice to have private parking space. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the old city center but also nearby the Corso Italia boulevard which is a good location for running without crossings/traffic lights (many runners are there).

My room had no desk and wifi/internet was unfortunately not working (after consulting with staff it is a known problem, they are working to resolve it).

Good Value, Good Location, Private Parking

Renovated rooms, good location, 24 hours bakery nearby, secured parking, good breakfast.

No wifi in our 2nd floor renovated room, no shower curtain in the bathroom and no mirror in the room hence to get ready you have to walk in the wet bathroom.

Perfect people perfect city and super staff of the boccascena hotel.

The Italian people were very good in helping the visitors, especially Genoa people they are so Freindly and helpful.

There are no variety of food especially the vegetables, mostly are pizza and rarely seafood available.

Nice stay

The staff was extremely kind, helpful and professional. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent. The room had a nice view. Private parking.

good enough for a quick layover, but too expensive and complicated

Friendly staff, good breakfast. The rooms were clean and modern. The hotel is situated in an area where you can quickly grab something nice to eat or walk towards the old town.

The parking situation is madness, but typical for the area. The staff is not very fluent in any language other than Italian, even English was difficult with several staff members. Our keycard door from the staircases to the hotel lobby didnt work, so we were stuck once until a passerby happened to open the alternative door to the street for us. The nightlife was very loud even though our windows were closed.
