Prettig verblijf hebben alleen niet allemaal kunnen douchen door koud water

Lokatie en stijl

Te weinig warm water voor 4 personen. Schakelaar heeft continu aan gestaan. Kapotte kruk in de keuken. Erg vervelend. Waterdruk is erg laag. Komt bijna geen water uit de kraan.

Location, view

The location is right in the centre, in the palace and of course the view from the windows to the cathedral

This arrangement is worthy of good room design. Right now, there is an absolute mismatch between the gorgeous view and the shabby furnishings. This flat could be made into a beautiful facility. There is almost no water in the sink in the bathroom.

Nos gustó todo, el sitio en sí que, bueno, es un palacio. La ubicación perfecta. La gente amable. Todo a mano. Las vistas. Menudas vistas....

Si hay que decir algo que no gustó, que es difícil, es que la cocina está un poco desorganizada y después de un verano de, me imagino, mucha ocupación, necesita una limpieza profunda. Pero la usamos cada día como reinas.

Over Promise - Under Deliver

Great location and amazing view.

Misinformation regarding facilities. Claims to have laundry, mini bar, snacks, room service, breakfast in room, and mini mart on site - none of this is true. Entry is like walking into a building site. Half the aircon didn't work. The interiors are bizarre, and it has the smell of old throughout. Not particularly clean, did not feel comfortable. Mouldy peaches in fridge, minimal was an unplug wine fridge, snacks were pack of dry toasts with an already opened jar of jam and outside furniture was a joke!

on all appearances it was big and spacious.

there was only one bath towel, there were no sheets on the bed. the write up says there is a washer and there isn’t. we had to find a laundry service. The church square was noisy starting at 6:30am.

we recommande this place !

good location, special interior, it was un experience. we loved being in the center of Genova.

nothing special to mention here, a few hair was found in bathroom so maybe the cleaning wasn’t done in shower part. but a part this little detail, everything was clean and we really appreciate our stay. we recommande !

Brilliant,fantastic, marvellous city break - lovely historic area amid beautiful old buildings and alley ways. Great foo

Everything, it was so beautiful the outlook was spectacular looking on to the Cathedral, the facade currently being restored. The location was brilliant central to walking either into the centre or down towards the port side. Restaurants and bars plentiful within a few steps from the entrance to this splendid building.

Exquisite genovese residenza with beautiful view over Duomo

Excellent location with the perfect view, we enjoyed morning coffee and evening prossecco from little balcony looking at Duomo. Residenza is a stylish place, nicely furnished and decorated, in a beautiful building, where you can find old and new genovese touch, a really great place to get the best of Genova, feeling like in a genovese little palazzo. Host is very responsive and we enjoy early checkin and special luggage storage. An exquisite stay, highly recommended!

Really nothing to dislike. Plazza San Lorenzo can be noisy some time, but this comes with excellent location and view and doesn't really bothers.

Superb

Luxury apartment in the center of Genova, Piazzo San Lorenzo, with a wonderful view on the Cathedral.

Quite a few, but nothing worth mentioning with such a view.

Perfect location, great apartment

The location is in the heart of the old town. The apartment was beyond my exceptions: gorgeous decoration, furniture and height ceiling. AC is every room, pretty kitchen, great view in front of San Lorenzo church. Will recommend.

It's a beautiful place on a perfect location with a very helpful and ready to serve host.

Location was perfect! You can't be more central yet quiet enough. The place is gorgeous. It gives you an instant idea of how luxury felt in the early days of Genoa, yet it is modern enough to have all your needs met!

It was a bit cold at times (I stayed there in december) and I couldn't find the wifi. I'm sure that if I would have mentioned it to Elena, the host, she would have come up with a solution. She was more than helpful, responsive on whatsapp and always available. I just didn't care much for the lack of sufficient heating or the wifi.
