Location was close to hastings st

The mold in our room … having to change rooms and being downgraded from what we had originally booked and paid for .. and my friend having ti sleep on the lounge as they didn’t have anyone to configure two single beds. Plus when we arrived they said they would call us when room was ready and it should be by 2pm … we waited around until 4pm with no phone call and had to in and follow up.

Loved it- and other than the gym- was a perfect place.

Wonderful location, lovely room with great space and facilities. Also staff were lovely

For the size of the property and general standard and cost (which are all 5star) the gym was very average. A pretty small room with not a lot of equipment, some of which was very old. Definitely needs improving.

Very dirty! I have been staying here past 4 years. This is the last, level of cleanliness is appalling for a 5star resort. Not just rooms, carparks, corridors, lifts. Seriously need a change of management in houskeeping

Just what we needed!

Buffet breakfast was amazing, staff were very friendly, great spot up on the hill with a bonus cart service for a ride up and down the hill.

Next time will pick a villa with the beach view and take coins for the pool table and arcade games.

Wonderfully set in the bush land of Noosa Heads but close enough to walk to beach/hasting st. The bar and restaurant were great for cocktails on site and friendly staff

Enjoyed Noosa and the resort is located well, and the transport provided is excellent.

Good location for the lap pool, resort pool & bar / restaurant.

The room had an odd smell. It was a bit dark with the trees, but I realise that is the location.

The worst Peppers I have ever stayed in

everything. we waited 3.5 hours for our room to be ready when checkin was at 2pm. We werent given a room until 5:30pm and when we got it, it wasnt even properly cleaned. I will never waste my money staying here again

Location is excellent

I didn’t find the staff to be very attentive - we had to lug our luggage up a steep hill and had trouble finding our room. Would have been good to have some food or beverages by the pool but the bar was shut the whole time we were there.

Peppers resort is quiet and the location is very central but quiet enough for a relaxing stay.

I mainly booked peppers because they were one of the only places which offered breakfast included in the booking price. As a pregnant woman, it’s important I eat breakfast everyday and peppers didn’t disappoint. There were lots of choices and everything was freshly cooked. The purpose of our trip was a baby moon and reception gifted us with a bottle of wine and non alcoholic champagne on arrival!

An aircon switch or remote we could take to the bed instead of having to get up a few steps to make adjustments.

studio smelt very damp/musty - quite unpleasant. Had to wait until 3 pm to checkin and when trying to check out woman on reception did not acknowledge me.

Noosa was great but this property is not the greatest.

The rooms are large and spacious with all modern facilities. The bedrooms were downstairs and there was even a separate tv room. The resort also let us pay for an extended checkout which made our departure a lot smoother.

The whole apartment smelt mouldy and we had to have the windows and doors open. The couch smelt like mould/ pee. We could not eat at the apartment as the smell bothered us. We also put the card out to have our room made up and it was never done. The location is also not easy for parents of young children or for older people. The hotel buggie was always busy and the wait was long..we ended up spending much more than we intended as we had to hire a car just to drive in to Noosa.
