Nice stay overhall

Animation music is too loud, staying at our jacuzzi pool was not very calm, the personal is very nice, if you are lucky to be able to make reservations at the 4 restaurants, do it, Italian and Indian in particular are very nice (we seated outside). The main restaurant is OK. Room service and housekeeping is excellent! Evening shows are OK if you like that. Beach is superb, the sea is going very far, but still nice. Diving club is good.

Animation music is too loud, lack of food variety (fish in particular), security personal not very pleasant, but at lest they are very present. Spa could be better.

Lo mejor el tamaño de la habitación ya que la nuestra era con piscina privada y esas son más grandes. El colchón para mí muy bien porque me gusta duro Las piscinas El personal del restaurante andalus sobre todo Mahmoud Hashem muy atento y siempre con una sonrisa

El personal del recepción es muy muy desagradable nadie habla español, pero hoy en dia con traductores de Google que no es tan dificil te puedes entender, en recepción no te ayudan en nada, te dejan con la palabra en la boca y te ignoran, nosotros preguntamos por la discoteca y resulta que la de stella beach está cerrada, pero puedes ir a la de stella graden que está en el mismo complejo, la cuestión es que preguntamos ,nos dijeron por ahí por ahí... sin mas, fuimos andando como 10 minutos de noche sin saber donde era como no la encontramos nos regresamos al hotel enfadado y dijimos en recepción que queríamos hablar con el director del hotel a lo que ahora nos dicen que sale 1 autobús desde recepción a la discoteca....ein??y eso no los pedias haber dicho antes??, que nos ignorastes, decidimos hablar con la directora Marina, muy amable y sin saber español nos entendimos por traductor de Google....y desde ese día la estancia fue buena El internet es de pago, en nuestro caso No por el tipo de habitacion, pero un dia me quede sin internet, fuy a recepcion y me dicen que no tengo derecho a internet, a lo cual le respondo que llevo 5 dias con internet y que ahora no se que a pasado, me dicen en recepcion que tengo que pagar el internet , a lo cual vuelvo a decir que yo ya tengo internet en todas las estacias...la chica de recepcion quiso pasar de mi pero esta vez la no la deje porque la directora me habia dado su numero personal,a lo cual cuando se lo dije en recepcion corriendo solucuonaron el problema, y no es mas facil preguntar que numero de habitacion tiene el cliente para sabe que tiene contratado Las hamacas rotas en el 80% La comida y la cenas es siempre la misma para comer y cenar Animación horribleeeeeeeeeee

Lovely stay at Stella beach

Rooms are great! Big, very modern and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Especially Kerolis on the pool bar, what a star! Food was very good in the main restaurant. Good quality food and drinks.

The pool areas are a little old and tired and could do with modernising.

Very good place to relax and clear your mind

A perfect place for relaxing, perfect pool and pool bar, activity options are very good and beach bar is very relaxing

Check in wasn’t smooth, i stayed for one and half hour to get my room, i asked for one full bed for me and my wife and they got us two beds and stuck them together, room hygiene wasn’t great, facilities need some upgrade

I liked everything here beach,pools,food ,entertainment and the most was staff so friendly especially Mr ahmed said and mr nabil they encouraged me alot to come back

Room size was good and comfortable.

Food options were poor, always the same and nothing healthy besides the usual salad bar. Construction everywhere in the hotel , no quiet moment at all People trying to sell stuff within the hotel grounds 24/7

Stayed in a pool view double room with free extra bed. The stay was exceptional, excellent and professional staff. Mr. Mohamed, the restaurant waiter was very very very helpful, friendly and cheerful. The reception staff was excellent with quick check in and out.

May be the beach is not the best in hurghada but it is the nature of the location.

It’s always about the people

Favourite destination with family, and even on my solo times ,The place is amazing as usual , Snorkelling spots , i did a late check out as my flight was on 4 pm and i asked Mr Rizk for a late check out and as usual and expected from him, He managed to handle my request nicely and professionally, Thank u Mr Rizk and all reception team for their amazing efforts to maintain their guests in Stella.
