Ich habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel übernachtet und möchte meine Erfahrungen teilen.
Zunächst einmal war ich von der Sauberkeit des Hotels sehr beeindruckt. Alles war ordentlich und gepflegt, was einen positiven ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Sie waren stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten und standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Die Zimmer waren gut unterhalten, jedoch merkt man ihnen an, dass sie etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Insbesondere die Klimaanlage, Fenster und Türen könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen. Dennoch war unser Zimmer komfortabel und bot alles, was wir benötigten.
Das Essen im Hotel war ein weiteres Highlight. Es war nicht nur sehr lecker, sondern auch abwechslungsreich. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei, und ich habe jede Mahlzeit genossen.
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war der Poolbereich. Der Boden kann, wenn er nass ist, sehr rutschig werden. Allerdings hat das Personal regelmäßig die Gäste darauf hingewiesen, was ich sehr positiv fand. Die Sicherheit der Gäste wird hier ernst genommen.

it was really nice, bright and clean and the staff was super friendly (thank you Khair and Mahmoud in particular for exceptional service and friendliness during our stay) and the animation team!
it’s a bit too smoker friendly in my opinion. It would be nice if there was designated smoking areas instead of allowing people to smoke everywhere all the time (like split the beach in half into a smoking area and a smoke free area).
I didn’t like having to passive smoke all the time…
The matress was on the firmer side, which didn’t work well with our weight but it would be comfortable for others I think.

The hotel settings were very nice. The garden is beautiful with a lot of flowers and trees. The hotel buildings were also discrete and fit in well with the surroundings
The noise (music and animation) of the other resorts just next door. Impossible to sleep before 23h or even midnight because the music was on every evening and very loud.
The food was ok but not exceptional. It was certainly not worth a 5 star hotel. I would rate it a 4 star, not more.

Our room was close to the beautiful & immaculately clean Sandy beach . The sea was so clear & warm with lots of beautiful fishes to see just offshore by the coral reefs

Iberotel is one of the best hotels i saw in my life.
I recommend this hotel for everyone especially for who need to relax and enjoy.

9- Aqua park is amazing for adults and kids, we love it.

There is more beautiful situations happened.
Of course we will visit this hotel again.
The internet in our room was not working very well but the reception try many time to fix it but was not working.
It could be better if there is more buses to arrive us from the hotel to Aqua Park and back and not every 45 minutes.

The staff were super friendly who attend to all your requests promptly; they go the extra mile to please you even without you ask for it. They are people oriented and provide outstanding service. They never turn down any guest’s request.. Their guests’s satisfaction is their utmost priority. Mr. Mina in the front office was kind, professional, efficient and reliable. He did his very best to satisfy all our needs.
It’s the most perfect location in Hurghada where you can swim, snorkel and enjoy water sports. They have the dine around option where you can enjoy your dinner in other nearby Jaz authentic restaurants; the food in the asian and the Indian restaurants were exceptionally delicious.
They also offer free laundry service.

- Untrained staff (specially at the main restaurant, laundry and housekeeping).
- Low quality of food (no variety, no taste and full of oil).
- Ventilation machine at the bedroom was noisy.
- Overall quality of service is so disappointing.

The staff is amazing, you do not need to ask for anything from them because they prepare everything for you before you request it, the secret of the success of this hotel is the staff, the sea is beautiful and the food is excellent
The pool is for adults and there is another one for kids, there is no pool mix, so I can't swim with my kid

Amazing staff supportive, smiling and accommodating, great animation team, outstanding food with wide variety, very nice beach, coral reef is a bit far from the beach, yet there’re some fish to see close to the beach.
Room Access cards was faulty, although we changed the cards many times in the reception.

I recently stayed at the Iberotel Makadi Beach Resort and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the most profecional receptionist Roman .
The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens and a pristine beach.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay.
The housekeeping staff were attentive and kept the room spotless throughout my stay all my thanks goes to ABDEL QAWY and SALAH .
The food at the resort was fantastic, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from at each meal. The staff at the restaurants were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any dietary requirements.

The staff was always helpful, all request we had, were met in the span of 20m at most. Even though it was our first stay we were upgraded to a sea view room upon arrival.
Wifi was really not stable, and there was little phone signal throughout the property. Food was mediocre at best unfortunately.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. Everything from the food to the rooms was perfect. The private beach was exceptional and a great place for snorkelling (they even have free equipment you can borrow) and you don't have to swim far to see some corals and fish. Every meal the food was excellent, plenty of choice with something for everyone. Delicious cocktails and service absolutely immaculate. Can't recommend this place enough.
It didn't bother us but be mindful that this hotel is mainly aimed at German tourists so a lot of the staff speak better German than English. Like I said, not a problem for us at all but just something worth knowing.

First you wonder if 7 nights wont be too long. But rapidly, magic starts...Here is what you will get at Iberotel Makadi Beach
1. Cleanliness & comfort. The level of cleanliness in this hotel is exceptional. In common areas, rooms, swimming pools, beach, restaurants & bars. You can trust what you eat and drink (even ice cubes and ice cream) and you will be safe. Beds are so comfy that you will sleep tight. Towels are changed as often as you want. Trash bins are emptied a countless number of times.
2. Beautiful gardens & surroundings with palm trees, rocks, cactus, blue pools, wooden bridges... especially the view from the beach rooms are breathtaking, be it at dawn or sunset.
3. A service oriented & friendly staff. The level of service is great. You will not wait long for your towel, coffee or your fantastic cocktails, and you will also get a bright smile. The staff at Iberotel is truly working hard to make your stay unforgettable. They love kids and will interact/joke with them all the time. A huge THANK YOU to Ismail and Ahmed at the pool bar whose smiles and beautiful mocktails made our days. Don't forget that good & hard work in Egypt is rewarded by tips, so please play the game.
It needs to be said that 90% of the tourists at Iberotel are German. So expect to be greeted in German all the time, which for us was not an issue.
Though we did not travel for food, we found that the savory food at buffet was average. But deserts and pastries were EXCEPTIONNAL (+2kgs gained :) ).
To summarise, yes we recommend the hotel and yes we will come back. We did a lot of activities by ourselves (glass boat, free diving, dolphin center etc), but there are more to do; so as the Egyptians say: "Once you drink from the Nile, you will come back again". So will we.

From the very first moment, everyone in the staff was so incredibly friendly, welcoming and most importantly very professional. Very special thanks to Mr. Mina Magdi at the front desk who was always very responsive to my questions/concerns an made sure I have an exceptional experience.
I had a triple queen room with full sea view that comfortably fit myself and my family. The room was super clean the beds were very cozy. The spacious balcony along with the beautiful sea view was quite relaxing and peaceful. Very special thanks to Salah, the room service personnel, for who always making sure the room is up and beautiful and has everything we need.
The food was delicious with ton of varieties offered all the time. The kitchen area was super clean and very nicely organized which is something I appreciated so much. The kitchen staff were very welcoming and never stopped asking us how we felt about the food quality and whether we need anything. I deeply appreciated their positive attitude more than anything else.
Shout out to Chef Hossam and Al-Gazzar and to the server Sayed.
The beach area was way more spacious than it looks in Bookings.com's photos and it was kept very clean all the time.
The staff by the beach provided a wide vaiety of gear for so much fun water activties. Special thanks to Al-Doctor for being very helpful and nice.
The animation shows were so much fun.
Myself and my family had a phenomenal experience and we definitely are coming back to Iberotel later this summer/early winter.
It seems like WiFi quality is a common complaint. I would absolutely love if this issue is resolved next time I visit.
The oriental restaurant was okay, but it definitely can be better in terms of the quality and the portions served.
The beach servers should to be a little more attentive and friendly. Some had a very positive attitude tho and served us very happily.
I would love to experinece the full sea view from a first-line row apartment. I do not know to how to pick that through Booking.com, but I would really appreciate such an experience next time.
