Le personnel: J ai eu la chance de beaucoup voyager et donc de visiter un grand nombre d hôtel. J ai rarement rencontré un staff aussi bienveillant. La nourriture: Qualité digne d un Palace

Ohromná pohoda a relax

Snídaně byly výborné. Personál frienly a vždy ochotný poradit a vyhovět. Proběhly tu za jeden týden tři tematické večeře. Tři bazény byly dostačující s výhledem na moře. Lehátka u bazénu pohodlná. U bazénu byla obsluha z restaurace. The ocean bylo čisté . Nedoporučuji pro malé děti. Nebyla zde dlouhá mělčina, ale hlubší vstup do moře. Pláž byla úzká. Výlety se daly zajistit i přímo z recepce. Nedá se nic vytknout, doporučuji všem , co hledají klidnou dovolenou s výbornou péčí.

Beautiful resort with beautiful staff

The grounds were always immaculate and the staff were amazing. The resort is stunning and sitting by the beach is perfect. The sunsets were amazing!

The property itself is perfect, however there isn’t much to do in Senggigi. You are sort of bound to the resort, which is fine for couples, but a bit boring with kids.

Beautiful setting, but rooms need updating

The entry is gorgeous and the sunset views are superb. Very happy to see "Adults-only" and "No smoking" pool areas.

Villas and rooms need deep cleaning and updating. We could not find a pool villa that did not have stains or a musty smell, so we left without staying. WiFi was unusably slow. Management refunded one night of two. We moved to another villa resort nearby which was older, but much better maintained. Hopefully they will renovate to bring it back to higher standards.

5 star hospitality from Nova who showed my husband and I around and so enlightening. we stayed 5 days. I absolutely adored the staff at Quali and Qerang. special compliments to Ayu, Has, Hery, Ahmadin and Irwa. we took a group photos with them before we left. We basically just chilled in the hotels and swam. Food price is reasonable for the portion. They have seafood buffet by the beach on weekend.

Absolutely fantastic and would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and tidy. Immaculate gardens and lovely big rooms. Pools and restaurant were very good. Absolute waterfront with views across the ocean to Mount Agung. Would highly recommend.

nice staff, good location , very good pool. food was an 7/10 in my opinion. everything was clean. staff very friendly and forthcoming. my upper room was good, the balcony and shower area especially!

the facilities need to be replaced immediately . they are not dirty, but obviously overused. my room had some small ants in it which did not bother me too much.

Great time to relax and unwind

First of all - the hotel had an amazing staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Second the food was delicious. we celebrated Christmas there and enjoyed a buffet night, which had so may different dishes to offer. our villa with private pool had everything you need and our daughter loved it. we can only recommend this hotel.

Great resort but no privacy

Breakfast was amazing, the quantity and the quality. The bed is comfortable The infinity pools are great The ocean view is amazing, perfect spot for sunset, the waves breaking right at your feet for dinner, very romantic

Unfortunately, you cannot enjoy the pool as you are being approached every two minutes by vendors trying to sell you bracelets and massage, even while you are in your bikini swimming. That was holding a lot from the privacy, which was the main reason for our stay. At some point we just decided to stay in.

A beautiful place to stay

Our room was big and we had a nice balcony. The bed was good and the room was very clean. The garden is a dream and very well looked after. The personnel are helpful and very friendly and spoilt the guests. Breakfast was amazing, a big choice and very tasty. The food is presented very nicely and always tasted good.

There are 3 swimming pools which is nice because it helps you over the fact that the hotel doesn’t have such a good beach.

Amazingly relaxing in a beautiful environment.

Besides the amazing environment this hotel has been crafted with, the staff were also exceptionally helpful. At first we were given a room near the road with a nearby mosque. This caused some issues with the noise from it being too loud in the very early morning, but after explaining this to reception staff we were given a number of more than adequate alternatives. Other than this, the quality of the restaurants is top notch as well.

The rooms near the road might get too much noise from the nearby mosque, but if you aren't a light sleeper you might not have any issues with this. The bathrooms are open air, so there might be some bugs there from time to time.

great property and views

beautiful property, amazing gardens and flowers. impeccable service and super friendly. amazing view and fantastic pools! really great breakfast menu and choice. quality of food is top notch :-) super relaxed stay and we loved it!! Room service was perfect.

The rooms can do with deep cleaning and some maintenance I.e paints. we had to change rooms as the first one had dead mosquitos on the walls and also lots of wholes and marks everywhere.. also very dirty aircon which was grey and full of spider webs. it looked like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The room we moved into afterwards was much better. however also here lots of marks everywhere and looked a bit run down in parts. nothing in comparison to the perfect gardens and restaurants and pools!

The hotel is stunning, the spa there really is a whole experience that is worth it. The restaurant organises buffets and theme nights which we really enjoyed. The fact that it has three pools was really nice as we could enjoy all the different set-ups. Really beautiful and good quality facilities and amenities overall.

A lot of beach sellers will often ask you to buy items/services from them. The pools overlook the beach and so there is not much that can be done. In general the food you would want to purchase inside the hotel was expensive. It's worth it if you look at the setting and the quality of what you get. But worth thinking about before booking.

Amazing Hotel

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious, very clean and have huge balconies or terraces. The grounds of the hotel is very well maintained, everything is super clean, even the ocean. At many other spots, there was a lot of plastic and rubbish in the ocean (just a few km north of this hotel), but swimming in the sea at this hotel was great and the water seemed to be clean. The breakfast was superb and so was the dinner at the same restaurant in the hotel. The quality of the food was outstanding! Staff is absolutely lovely and they make a big effort, to set up dinner tables right at the sea and at different spots in the garden, so that it never felt cramped or crowded. The atmosphere at this hotel was really great and welcoming. There are also 3 nice pools, lots of lounge chairs and day beds.

We had a few little issues when we were there. Our toilet was blocked and we were told that someone would come and fix it while we were at dinner. This didn't happen and the issue was only resolved the next day. Not having a working toilet during the night wasn't great. The next morning we were offered to use the toilet in a different room that was unoccupied. In addition, our credit cards was charged without us knowing and even though we were asked if we wanted to pay cash or by card and we told them that we would pay cash. Staff was always very helpful and friendly and we were refunded quickly, however we still had to pay the credit card fees that our bank charged us for using the card.

Comfortable but not fully satisfied.

Breakfast was nice, a bit of an odd menu. The pools were lovely with plenty of space to lounge in the sun or the option to be under cover. Beach was lovely, clean and had the option to hire paddle boards, surf boards or a boat near by. The staff were all so kind. Loved the outdoor showers!

It was annoying when people from outside the hotel would walk past the front of the hotel and try sell dresses, sarongs and other miscellaneous items while you’re trying to relax. Another thing to note for travellers who aren’t used to hearing the call to prayer, it was very loud even at 4am.

Exceptional

Great rooms, great views and great restaurants and amazingly friendly and helpful staff (+ perfect english). The restaurant is more expensive than usual but worth every penny. The food is delicious and the space is lovely. We had several things to organzie and the staff in the lobby was a tremendous help for us (visa extension, scooter rental, taxi and so on) Everything worked out perfect with their help.

The Wifi was verly slow or not accessable at all in the room we stayed. If you were in public area it was way better.
