Merci Ody d’avoir rendu ce séjour si agréable !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Nous avons chaleureusement été accueillis par Ody qui a été adorable avec nous pendant cette semaine. La chambre est très grande, au calme et propre. La vue pour le petit déjeuner est magnifique et le petit dej est délicieux.

A nice place for a few nights.

The location of cottages is in a good place just outside of the main area. The breakfast room had very nice views over the sea. The room was a good size with a nice seating area outside the door. The breakfast was very good.

I did not like the steps from the street to the cottage area.

Bad communication

Location Beds

We arrived at the location and they gave us a double room even if we booked a twin beds room. After asking them, they gave us a twin room. Doors were unable to close completely, we had half a zoo (lizards, mosquitos, ants, other insects) in our room. We wanted to eat breakfast at 7 am like it was written on the paper but then they told us they open at 7.30 - so no breakfast for us because we had a tour starting then. As we wanted to checkout we had to pay full price even if we booked with booking and they said that we pay 50% before. They said they talked with booking but no one informed us. We had to pay 100% in cash - no cards accepted. We left with almost no cash on us. I do not recommend.

Great accomodation with lovely staff .

Great maintained property super clean, amazing gardens, lovely pool and a super breakfast .

Only taking cash for payment , but mini market next door with an ATM . So it wasn’t as bad as initial shock . Little bit noisy as on main road but not too bad . Town of Sengiggi has not recovered from Covid shutdowns it’s a former shadow of itself.

A wonderful, place - well maintained bungalows across the road from the beach at Sengiggi.

Lovely cottages with clean, simple rooms, great views and a very laid-back feel. Staff are great and very friendly and helpful.

Perfect little stay!

Beautiful spot with great views, comfortable big room, well working aircon, good shower! We only stayed here for one night and really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have a separate pool towel although we didn’t have enough time to have a splash. I personally enjoy the possibility to have a cup of tea or coffee in the room so the kettle was much appreciated. Nice to be close to the little Art-market, although this is a bit disappointing at the moment….(a lot of old stock) understandable as you can see little businesses struggling by only just now returning tourists….. And also close to a few nice restaurants where we enjoyed a few nice meals.

There isn’t a lot “happening” in this area so you will need your own transportation or take a taxi. But in our case for one night it was perfect 👍

I recommend – if I went again I would choose the same installation.

Breakfast classic or Indonesian. The host was accommodating. The location of the accommodation is close to the beach but if you want a better beach, find a scooter – the option opposite the property – and explore other beaches for example – Nipah or a little further.

Nice sea view but dirty room.

Great location right up on the hill, our room had a nice sea view. Big room size and comfy bed. Nice terrace where to have breakfast.

Quite dirty, our bedsheets and pillows had blood stains and dirty marks, very dusty forniture and the whole look of the room is old and tired. Water in the shower gets cold after few minutes. Breakfast was average, good coffe but a bit basic food. As it’s close to the main road and mosque so is quite noisy.

Fantastic accomodation, highly recommend!

Staff are exceptional and go out of their way to ensure a happy comfortable stay. Room is beautiful, ocean views from patio and lovely pool for relaxing. Beautiful gardens, private. Highly recommend!

Excellent, expert service.

The staff were incredible and attentive - they were very easy to contact using WhatsApp and really cared for us. Breakfast was excellent and I liked that you could get take-away and eat it on the terrace. The rooms were lovely, although watch that AC - it blasts! The location is perfect, the beach is close and there are plenty of bars to choose from later. The driver for the resort is a lovely man and will take you on a personalised trip if you ask. The pool was also excellent.

Lombok itself is quiet, but the accommodation more than makes up for that.

Fabulous stay, outstanding service and comfortable rooms.

The staff were amazing. Thank you Rody for looking after us and being so attentive. Also thanks to the groundskeeper who worked so hard every day to keep the place looking spectacular. The room was lovely and comfortable with views of the sea. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely deep pool and comfortable recliners. Free water to refill. It was like a little paradise away from the town!!

Excellent 1 week stay, recommended.

Excellent overall accommodation. Large comfortable bed, good facilities, tea, coffee, water, TV. Very good breakfast. Really nice staff, security guard at night. Cleaned the rooms everyday if required. Beautiful pool and garden area. Very quiet and relaxing place. Close to beach and good restaurants.

The only thing was the shower hot water ran out a bit quick but they are environmentally conscious and a little bit of room decorating is required.

Probably the best house bread of Indonesia

From the very moment you make a booking, the personal of this hotel will make you feel welcomed, even before you arrive. The hotel is peaceful even though is very central. Everything is clean and the staff is heart warmed and attentive. I didn’t manage to have the breakfast, which I read is awesome, but the caring staff in the very early morning fix something for me. The house bread is truly amazing 🥰

Spacious rooms, centrally located

beautiful sea view from the rooms, the room was comfortable and large with a fridge, kettle, wardrobe, tv. The pool and gardens were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, Rody helped us to book our onward travel. There are lots of choices for breakfast (pancakes, toast, eggs, jaffles), the breakfast was a good size and tasty. The property is centrally located, there’s an Alfa mart right next door, scooter hire, laundry service opposite and plenty of Warangs and western style restaurants all on the same road.

The property is on the main road and can be noisy at times, there is also a mosque next door which calls to prayer at 4am so I’d suggest wearing ear plugs when sleeping. We also had a few unwelcome visitors (a centipede and a gecko) in our room!

A perfect place to stay!

Beautiful location and convenient to restaurants, shops and beach. Warm greetings and speedy check-in from attentive and super friendly staff. Our villa (#1) was well maintained. Beds and pillows comfortable. Shower had good pressure and temperature was clean and tidy. Fridge and kettle provded. Air con and ceiling fan in good working order. Private garden and patio furniture was appreciated. Pool was large, clean and good temperature. Breakfast was top quality and delicious with a view of the ocean to admire. A wonderful place to say. We will definitely come back! Thank you Neddy Jane and all the wonderful staff!

Great stay that exceeded our expectations.

Great stay here. We enjoyed the helpful, friendly and attentive staff to make our stay even more enjoyable. Rody and security were very kind and provided lots of great suggestions of things to do in the area. The view from the open-air balcony restaurant is a fantastic sea view providing sunset views. The room was clean, spacious and lots of natural light from the open front sliding door windows.

Nothing really. Good value for money. Even though the property is not right on the beach, it is just a short walk across the street to the beach with a range of beachfront restaurants to choose from.

Very nice hotel for a short stay

Sengiggi

I felt very privileged to be the first guest following the Cottages reopening after C19 closures. I was met with a very warm welcome and a cold coconut! The staff were friendly, especially Rody who was happy to chat and share his local knowledge. Jane and Ned, the owners were very warm and chatted over breakfast. The bungalow I stayed in had a sea view which was nice to look at whilst relaxing on the balcony. The breakfast terrace with the sea view is stunning, A great breakfast selection and I have to mention the sweet mango. Grown on sight... The best mango I have ever eaten!! I would recommend this accomation for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a lovely swimming pool close to the beach. I hope to visit again 🙏

Great location and relaxing.

Owners and their staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and well furnished.The property is well maintained with a good pool. You have brilliant ocean views from the dining area deck whilst you are served an enjoyable breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.
