The location is a bit outside the centre location. Park prime at same rate is in better location.

Will never recommend it to anyone. Their service is pathetic. Their food was so so much spicy.

Nothing to like about this property. It was our worst decision.

Food, roomservice, staff behaviour, policies are like we are in military camp not in a hotel. Worst experience and decision.

It was a below average stay.

The property was centrally located and it had an awesome breakfast buffet with diverse choices.

The front desk agents displayed a lack of professionalism and were extremely slow. The doorman was absent at the gate, and there was no assistance in opening the gates or car doors upon arrival. Similarly, no one offered to help with the luggage. The concierge facilities were disappointing, as the hotel heavily relied on inexperienced interns who were not properly trained in guest interactions. The waiters were also talkative. Food Service was slow at the restaurant. Additionally, the rooms were not ready at the scheduled check-in time, leading to significant wait times during both arrival and departure.

Ramada set up in the center of Pink City, very convenient for all purpose. The fragrance inside the hotel getting positive energy and the show in the evening getting more energy. Thanks. Raju Koshy & Family. (8075701079)

Location was a decent

Staff needs to be more customer friendly. Took a very long time for check in. Restaurant had water leaking from the ceiling.

The property is located at a fairly decent place in Jaipur.

The property is short staffed. The restaurant had water dropping in due to rains.

Not a good experience

The rooms size was sufficient for 2 and The location was perfect as all the markets were nearby. However, didn’t feel it was a five start hotel. The hotel staff had a laid back attitude. The bathroom was not at all clean and had a very bad smell the whole while. A/C was not working well. Breakfast included was average. I expected more from a 5-star property.

Very poor

The staff at the front desk were not professionals. Seemed like a make shift arrangement, particularly the travel desk.

The travel desk has been handled by a totally useless person, there are safety issues for women. The drivers of Ramada cars are untrained, app based cars are still better.I had informed the duty manager , Mr.Pervez. The solution what they gave was waiver of taxi charges.
