Need to educate your staff and try to understand what customers are trying to to explain

Location

The duty manager charged extra $70 which was meant to be on hold and didn’t refund it. Poor management and when I tried to explain to the duty manager he asked me to check with bank but the amount was deducted and was not on hold

Pretty good hostel

I really liked the comfortableness of the rooms and the facilities available, as well as how central the hostel was in town

Bathrooms smelled strange, didn't understand how power on ironing board worked

left 3 days early. wouldn’t recommend. YHA’s are way better

good location for city

it was small, cramped, the kitchen was tiny and had no equipment. the water boiler didn’t work. I booked it as it had parking but that wasn’t accurate and I spent two days moving my car between car parks and I moved out after two days

Good price and possibility to park on their facility.

Honestly didnt feel that safe in the area or in the hostel. Weird people right outside the hostel and one even yelled at me to give her money (she was under influence). I cant complain about the room but it was quite old and small for two friends.

Great location,clean and sufficient facilities,helpful staffs

The cleanliness, the friendly helpful staff, the facilities are sufficient for the price, location is great too

The toilet n shower for female are on different floor, mix gender on the same floor but single gender toilet n shower on one floor. Should have put female occupants on the floor with female toilet n shower. It's a nuisance to have to climb staircase to go to toilet or shower especially late at nite.

old fashioned lack of plugs female and make toilets/ showers were not on every floor. felt dirty.

They have not returned my deposit until now

Central location. Comfortable bed and clean rooms

They require 70 dollars deposit. Until now (more than 1 month later? Im still waiting for their refund. Better to pay cash as i paid thru xard.

The bathroom and showers were clean

A very drunk and on drugs person was making a fuzz in the lobby. I told the staff that they needed to keep an eye on him. He was going around harassing all of us in the lobby. Very unpleasant situation. They should not allow people in that stage of intoxication around the floors.

Big hostel but poorly designed moving lines.

Staff are friendly.

The lay out of the facilities are not reasonable. One floor only have male or female toilets and showers. Kitchens are located at 2nd and 3rd floor. That means you always walk upstairs or downstairs, even to get a cup of hot water. Kitchens are extremely small and away from refrigerator.

Great value for money

The hostel was what I expected for the price I paid, I was only there for a few nights and the room and service was adequate. The common areas are decent, the kitchen is small for the floor however manageable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, there is a family vibe I got from there after only a few days

The bathrooms of the second floor, two of the doors didn't lock on the showers & the wifi was painfully slow.
