I will be back

Lady at front counter was awesome! Room was great! No heat pump though but still cozy and warm. All channels on sky, proper home comfort away from home. The free hot choc was yum and tasty, best by far on my work travels

Excellent value here

Location for town, supermarket and intercity buses was all walking distance. Also, very close to the beach for a good walk. Room was spacious and clean too.

Comfortable stay in well equipped unit opposite Waikanae Beach

Very well equipped kitchenette, with plates, cutlery, glasses, toaster. comfortable bed, shelves in bathroom.

Trucks going past very early Monday morning. But that's out of your control. We were in Unit 1 close to road.

Road noise starting at 4am but that's the name of game we are in also.

The bed had a big bord in the middle, I was visiting my partner but couldn't even sleep by him as we had a hard plank between us so it as strictly on person per side

Superb

Location was excellent and very central for what I wanted to do. I went on several walks on the beach and round the river and wharf area.. Unfortunately, the weather was not very good with another storm passing through, However, I would certainly stay again - very enjoyable catching up with all the changes in the area as I had not been back to Gisborne for 19 years.

Exceptional

The location was great and the set up fantastic for a family with the kids having one room and me having my own. The place was modern and the staff were very freindly and accomodating

The wifi was a bit slow, but they did appologise and advised that they had recently had fibre included and it was fixed the Monday

I’d stay again

the staff were amazing friendly and a lot of laughs the rooms were beautiful and clean the blankets are outdated and asked for a better one to which the housekeepers were accommodating

Very good

It's a good amount of space, and the beds are comfortable. Good toiletries supplied, and the mini kitchen (no oven) has most things you'd need for a few days.

Missed that promised second TV in the bedroom! Also don't like the VERY EARLY wake up from the Toll team working behind the motel.
